34-year-old Alexander Byrd was booked last week for assaulting his wife at their home on Hudson Drive. Officers first spoke with Alexander, who said that he and his wife had been drinking for her birthday and got into an argument, but nothing physical occurred. Kristy also told police that they were drinking and got into an argument, so she went out to her car to cool down. According to Kristy, her husband came out and started shaking the car and telling her to go back inside. When she went back inside, the argument continued, then Alexander came up behind her and restrained her by grabbing her arms. He was deemed the primary aggressor and transported to Montgomery County Jail.

Ryan Rushton charged with drug possession in Walmart parking lot

25-year-old Ryan Rushton was jailed last week after police responded to a welfare check in the parking lot of Walmart on Fort Campbell Boulevard. An Anonymous caller stated that there was a man falling over and appeared to be on drugs. When police arrived, Rushton was on his hands and knees, pulling grass out of the ground. The officer stood in front of him, but he didn’t notice and appeared to be falling asleep on his hands and knees. He woke up distraught and consented to a search. The officer discovered a clear plastic case that contained a very distinct “corner baggie” The officer explained “corner baggies” are often used to store small amounts of illicit substances. Right next to Rushton, in a shopping cart, was a headphone case; inside the headphone case was a cut straw and a “corner baggie” of fentanyl weighing less than 0.5 grams.

DUI: Grace Standridge crashes into pole after two tallboy’s Four Lokos

21-year-old Grace Standridge was jailed last week for a vehicular crash with injuries on College Street. Standridge was driving her red Subaru Impreza and crashed into a pole in front of B&L Market. A witness stated that she saw Standridge run from the crash. Officers found her near the bridge between College Street and Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. She was transported to Tennova and read her Miranda Rights. She agreed to speak without an attorney present. Standridge told the officers that she and her friend Mr. Mekhi Bogertey had just left the Revel House and decided to turn into the parking lot of B&L Market.

She admitted to drinking to “tall boy Four Locos,” She smelled strongly of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. She consented to a blood draw but then refused to let the nurses draw her blood. Standridge was driving on a learner’s permit and did not have a valid driver over the age of 21 with her. Mr. Bogertey was transported to Skyline Medical Center for his injuries which consisted of a broken leg or hip and lacerations to his head.

William Ragland blows 0.254% BAC after crash

26-year-old William Ragland was booked last week for driving drunk into a utility pole, causing ‘catastrophic’ damage to the vehicle and the surroundings. On April 13th, Ragland was driving a Chevrolet Silverado eastbound on Highway 76 and ran off the left side of the road near Gateway Plaza Boulevard and struck a utility pole and several fences before stopping on its side. The passenger’s side of the truck was resting on the ground, while the driver’s side was skyward. The truck hit the utility pole seven feet from the ground. Ragland did not have a seatbelt on and was partially ejected from the truck. The vehicle sustained catastrophic damage, the utility pole had to be replaced, and the fences sustained about 50 feet of damage. Ragland blew a .254% BAC on the breathalyzer, and it was later discovered that he was driving on a suspended license.

Ashley Williams bites, pushes, and punches boyfriend in argument about laundry

30-year-old Ashley Williams was jailed on July 10th after assaulting her boyfriend during an argument about the laundry. Ashley and her boyfriend, Darryl Hugue, have a history of domestic violence, according to police. Darryl told police that after the argument, Ashley proceeded to push him, hit him several times, and bite him twice. Police observed injuries to his shoulder and determined Ashley to be the primary aggressor.

Natalia Head breaks into home, assaults residents

22-year-old Natalia Head was booked on July 2nd after entering a home on Lynnwood Circle without permission. The victim told police that Natalia entered the home yelling and started an argument about kids sleeping on the floor. According to the victim, Natalia then went over to her bed, kicked her in the chest, and pulled her hair. The victim screamed for her boyfriend, Mr. Parker. He pulled Natalia off of his girlfriend, and she went into the living room and threw the victim’s TV on the floor, breaking it. A witness on the scene told police that she heard Natalia yelling and throwing the TV on the floor. Natalia and Mr. Parker have an active COR in which he is the protected party, and Natalia is not permitted to be around him; However Natalia told police that she knew Mr. Parker would be there.

Soldier Keith Markowski jailed on domestic assault charge, three months after incident

24-year-old Jeith Markowski, a Fort Campbell soldier, was booked last week and charged with domestic assault. On July 2, Lastsaisha Markowski called the police and reported that on April 4th, her husband physically pushed her into the bathroom at their apartment on Old Russellville Pike and made her feel assaulted. A warrant was issued and Markowski was taken into custody.

Joe Rodriguez assaults man who left Electric Cowboy with his ex-girlfriend

32-year-old Joe Rodriguez was jailed on July 1st after assaulting a man he had seen leaving the troubled Electric Cowboy with his ex-girlfriend. Police responded to the club on Riverside Drive and spoke with the victims, Sara Ray and Cameron Jensen. Mr. Jensen told police that he met Ms. Ray at Electric Cowboy, and they intended to leave together. When they got to his truck, Mr. Rodriguez opened the passenger’s door and pulled Ms. Ray out, then punched Mr. Jensen in the face multiple times. The two victims then got out of the truck and left the parking lot. Ms. Ray noticed her phone was missing. Officers called her phone number, and Mr. Rodriguez answered. He admitted to taking Ms. Ray’s phone, Mr. Jensen’s keys and beating him up inside the truck. Police arrested Mr. Rodriguez at his home on Elberta Drive.

Harold Harris charged with DUI on Ashland City Road

73-year-old Harold Harris was jailed on July 1st after being pulled over on Ashland City Road when police observed him swerving in his 2009 Nissan Altima. Police asked him why he was driving that way, and he explained that he was following someone, but he couldn’t explain the reason. Police observed Harris to have poor motor functions, slow, slurred speech, and the odor of alcohol coming off his body. He admitted to having two drinks no more than an hour prior and performed poorly on sobriety tests. He was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for a blood draw.

Te Kyia Ewing “fully mounted” cheating husband before punching him in face

26-year-old Te Kyia Ewing was jailed on July 1st for assaulting her husband over an argument about infidelity. Police responded to Grassmire Drive, where Te Kyia lives with her husband, Arthur Ewing. Arthur told police that after the argument, he went to bed and was woken up by Te Kyia hitting and yelling at him. As he got up to run out the front door, Te Kyia chased him, throwing various items at him, including a kid’s lawn mower; then she came back in the house, got in her car, and followed him around the neighborhood.

According to Te Kyia, she and her husband were in the middle of an argument regarding his cheating when he pretended to go to sleep, so she got on top of him, fully mounting him, and began questioning him. Te Kyia told police he pushed her off, and they got into a fistfight resulting in him grabbing both of their phones and running out the front door. Officers observed Arthur with a swollen eye and determined Te Kyia to be the primary aggressor.

49-year-old Lina Montoya-Castano was booked on July 2nd when police pulled her over on Providence Boulevard after watching her swerve into the left turning lane. Donnell Winn lets child he’s babysitting walk away for hours

20-year-old Donnell Winn was booked on June 20th after neglectfully allowing a twenty-three-month-old child that was in his care to leave his residence and wander around outside an apartment complex on Needmore Road. A neighbor was on her way to work and found the child knocking on the door and playing in the street, so she took the child to another neighbor due to her being known to babysit children in the complex. Officers exhausted multiple efforts to locate the child’s parents by canvassing surrounding buildings, knocking door to door, and sirens and loud hails over the patrol car PA system throughout the complex. But their efforts were unsuccessful, so they reached out to DCS.
Later the child’s father called in, stating that his one-year-old child was missing and that he paid his brother, Mr. Winn, to babysit because he had no other plans for a sitter. When he got home, he asked where his son was, and Mr. Winn told him he didn’t know. Mr. Winn told police that sometime during the morning, his nephew managed to open the door to his apartment and leave.

Tiffany Timko took money, didn’t provide puppy; jailed, banned from AKC

23-year-old Tiffany Timko was jailed on June 30 and charged with theft after she agreed to sell a Cane Corso puppy to a person but never provided the puppy, despite taking the money. The victim provided police with a copy of the signed contract between the parties and receipts showing payments to Timko for $3,274 via CashApp and Zelle. When initially contacted by police, Timko stated she could not locate any documents for the victim and was dumbfounded by the accusation.

In addition to criminal charges, Timko has been suspended from the American Kennel Club (AKC) for ten years, and a $2,000 fine was imposed for violation of their inappropriate treatment of animals policy. In 2021, Timko was additionally charged with cruelty to animals. She continues to post ads on social media advertising her “full-time doggy boarding/doggy daycare” from her home in Clarksville.

Akina Sodansky charged with DUI after illegal U-turn

30-year-old Akina Sodansky was jailed on June 22nd after police observed her make an illegal U-turn with an inoperable light in her gray Volkswagon Jetta at Kings Deer Drive and Sherwood Hills Drive. When police made contact with Akina, they noticed her red glossy eyes with pinpoint pupils as they waited for proof of insurance which she was not able to provide. It took a while for Akina to explain what she was doing as sweat was beading from her forehead. She agreed to participate in field sobriety tests and performed poorly on them. She was taken into custody and was unsteady on her feet as she made her way to the patrol vehicle. Akina was transported to Sango ER for a blood sample and then taken to booking.

24-year-old Nathalie Araujo Salazar was booked on June 28th for a trespassing incident that happened on May 21st. Shonna Johnson told police that Nathalie entered her home on Fox Tail Drive while she was away in Florida after being told not to come onto her property. Nathalie was caught on camera entering the home, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Jaime Rivera jailed for home improvement fraud

39-year-old Jaime Rivera was jailed on June 29th after failing to complete repairs that he was paid to do for a homeowner. Diana Hightland told police that she was in a contract with Rivera to repair and do construction on her home. She said she paid Rivera approximately $32,000 for the repairs, and he has not completed them or refunded the money despite multiple opportunities to do so. Diana told police that Rivera completed approximately $15,000 worth of repairs as of March 14th. Diana added that on May 8th, she sent a refund request via USPS-certified mail that was still not completed as of June 27th. He is charged with home improvement fraud.

Trent Montgomery drops pants & urinates toward woman at dog park in Clarksville

57-year-old Trent Montgomery was jailed on June 29th after walking up to a woman at a dog park and urinating in her direction. The woman told police that she was playing with her dog at the Autumn Winds Apartment’s community dog park when she saw a man wearing a dark-colored hat, black shirt, gray shorts, and a goatee. He came to the area she was at and urinated while facing her, exposing his genitals to her. She yelled at him to stop, and when he didn’t, she took pictures and videos of the incident.

She believed that the man intentionally pointed his penis in her direction while urinating, and she was extremely offended by his actions. When police arrived at the dog park, they saw a man that matched the description sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle with a beer in his lap. There were multiple empty cans inside the vehicle, and he slurred as he told police that he had been there drinking for a while that day.

Michael Davis charged with check fraud from post office drop box in Clarksville

18-year-old Michael Davis was jailed on June 12th after he was caught altering two checks that totaled $7,500. Timothy Wolford told police that he placed two personal checks inside the self-service slot at the post office on May 29th. He said that a check for $1,500 for Southwest Visa was misrepresented as Michael A. Davis, which was presented at a Fortera Credit Union ATM on May 31st. Mr. Davis’s bank statement shows the check was deposited on May 31st into his account.
