31-year-old Jennifer Williams was found asleep in her white Dodge Challenger in front of the Whataburger on N 2nd Street on March 26th. Once officers were able to wake up Williams, they instructed her to get out of her vehicle. Upon getting her to exit her car, officers noted that Williams was exhibiting several signs of intoxication. Williams was requested to perform sobriety tests, but she refused. This led to a search probable cause search of Williams’s person, which yielded a small empty bottle of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. Jennifer Williams was then read implied consent, taken into custody, and charged with driving under the influence.
Jennifer Lynn Williams was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 27th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,500.
