21-year-old Soldier Reece Wawrzyniak was found in a black two-door Honda Civic at the I-24 ramp to Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on March 16th. Officers arrived and observed four occupants in the vehicle. All of them were unconscious and not unresponsive to officers attempting to wake them up. The driver-side window had to be broken to remove Wawrzyniak from the vehicle. Wawrzyniak had the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person and displayed multiple other signs of intoxication. Wawrzyniak consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Reece Wawrzyniak was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.

Urick Miller threatens daughter-in-law with gun during family scuffle
48-year-old Urick Miller was involved in a family scuffle at Raintree Drive on March 16th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Haneen Elshishtway, Urick’s daughter-in-law. While speaking to Haneen, she stated she was trying to have a conversation about living situations that got “heated.” After arguing, the discussion became physical when Urick pushed Jaylin Woods, her husband. While trying to break them up, Haneen stepped into the middle of them and bumped into Latoya Miller, her mother-in-law. Once she bumped into Latoya, Latoya began hitting her. Haneen, during the altercation, jumped onto Urick’s back to get him off of Woods. After separating them, Urick pulled a gun out and pointed it at Haneen. Officers received permission to search the bedroom to locate the weapon, but they were unable to locate it. Both Mr. and Mrs. Miller stated that there was no gun. However, Urick Miller was still taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.

DUI: Myongok Poquette drinks before driving on Kraft Street
56-year-old Myongok Poquette, an employee of Hankook, was seen in a white Kia Optima pulling into a closed business on Kraft Street on March 15th. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they talked to Poquette, who admitted to drinking. Poquette consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Once Poquette was informed about implied consent, she agreed to the breathalyzer. After providing three insufficient samples, Myongok Poquette was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
18-year-old Javian Harlan steals $173 worth of merchandise from Dillard’s
18-year-old Javian Harlan was caught shoplifting at Dillard’s at the Governor’s Square Mall on March 17th. Harlan and several others were seen on surveillance cameras leaving the store without paying for various items. The total value of the merchandise in Harlan’s possession was $173.50. During a search, two vapes were found on his person. Javian Harlan was taken into custody and charged with shoplifting and purchasing tobacco as a minor.
Toddarius Polk walks drunk along 101st Airborne Division Parkway after assaulting ex-girlfriend
27-year-old Toddarius Polk was involved in a domestic altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Lanaktica Smith, at the Turtle Creek Townhomes on March 17th. Smith contacted law enforcement and exclaimed that Polk was trying to fight her. Smith provided law enforcement with pictures of her injuries, such as a scratch on her arm. While Smith was on the phone, Polk was seen walking barefoot along 101st Airborne Division Parkway. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Polk. Toddarius Polk was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and public intoxication.

22-year-old Soldier Keyshon Dill was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Ashleigh Adams, at their Northpark Commons apartment on March 17th. When officers arrived at the mentioned location, they made contact with Dill. Dill alleges that while he was walking up the stairs to put items in his bedroom, Adams came down the stairs and attacked him. Adams then pushed Dill down the stairs, punched him, and pulled his hood over his face. This is when Dill decided to contact law enforcement.

Keyshon Dill and Ashleigh Adams were taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

DUI: Donta Daniel loses control of motorcycle after having “a shot” before driving
29-year-old Donta Daniel was seen on a Harley Davidson FLT at 101st Division Parkway on March 17th. The Harley Davidson was found crashed between Trenton Road and the Wilma Rudolph Boulevard overpass. Daniel was found seated on a roadway nearby. Officers made contact with Daniel and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached him. Daniel stated that a vehicle ran or almost ran into him, causing him to crash. However, three witnesses informed the officer that they saw Daniel lose control of his motorcycle just before the crash. None of the witnesses corroborated the events that Daniel said happened. Shortly after, Daniel was asked to perform a sobriety test and agreed. After performing poorly, Daniel stated that he had not had anything to eat and had a “shot.” Daniel was then taken into custody. During a search of Daniel, three Bud Light Platinum bottle caps were found along with one “twist off” Coors Light bottle cap in his motorcycle vest. Officer Goodall found three Bud Light Platinum beers among the motorcycle wreckage and observed that they “were still cold to the touch.” Donta Daniel was transported to Booking, where he was charged with driving under the influence.
Eddrick Pewitte repeatedly punches ex-girlfriend in head during argument
35-year-old Eddrick Pewitte was involved in a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Ivoriana Diamond, at her residence on Union Hall Road. When officers arrived at the mentioned location, they made contact with Diamond. Diamond stated that Pewitte came to her house unannounced, but she let him in to talk anyway. Once she let him inside, they had a heated argument. Pewitte told Diamond he had a friend circling the neighborhood. When Pewitte decided to leave, Diamond told officers she was about to close the door behind him. However, Pewitte turned around and repeatedly punched Diamond in the face and head. Eddrick Pewitte was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Keith Jones pulls pants down, exposes himself while trying to enter stranger’s home
40-year-old Keith Jones was caught trying to break into a home at Glenndon Allen Drive on March 17th. When officers arrived, they were instructed to go to the backyard, where they found Jones. Jones took off as they turned the corner, and a brief foot chase ensued. After catching Jones, he was taken to the ground and placed in custody. While walking him to the car, he could barely stand due to being heavily intoxicated. Officers made contact with the victim, who stated that Jones was trying to enter their residence. The victim informed officers that while Jones was attempting to get inside, he pulled his pants down and exposed his genitals through the glass door. Officers proceeded to transport Keith Jones to booking, where he was charged with indecent exposure, public intoxication, and evading arrest.
Kenneth Riojas was found passed out in vehicle, blocking traffic on I-24
23-year-old Kenneth Riojas was found in a black vehicle that was deemed a traffic hazard on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on March 16th. When officers arrived, they observed that there were four people inside the vehicle, and one of the occupants in the car had a weapon in their hand. Officers forced their way into the vehicle, made contact with Riojas, and noticed the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Once Riojas was read his Miranda Rights, he stated that he and his friends consumed alcohol while they were in Nashville. Riojas had no other means of transportation, so he was deemed a danger to himself and the people around him. Officers transported Kenneth Riojas to booking and charged him with public intoxication.
Soldier Dylan Trowbridge found passed out in backseat of car on I-24
20-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Dylan Trowbridge was found asleep in the back of a vehicle at the Interstate 24 ramp to Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on March 16th. When officers arrived, they came to see four individuals, including Trowbridge. A firearm was found in the backseat of the car on the lap of Levi Krshul, another occupant who was passed out in the backseat.
After Trowbridge was read his Miranda Rights, he claimed the firearm was his. Once Trowbridge exited the vehicle, officers noticed clear signs of intoxication. Trowbridge was deemed a danger to himself, so he was taken into custody and charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence and public intoxication.
Mario Ramero chases wife around house, punches her multiple times
29-year-old Mario Ramero was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Kelly Ramero, at their Oak Street residence on March 14th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Kelly. Kelly stated that Mario chased her around the house after getting into an argument. Once Mario caught her, he punched her multiple times. Kelly was able to escape from his clutches and make it to the driveway, where law enforcement made contact with her. Officers observed various bruises on Kelly’s neck and face that she alleged came from the night before. Mario Lopez was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Taejion Putney crashes on Fort Campbell Boulevard, leaves man injured
23-year-old Taejion Putney was involved in a car crash at The Residences at 1671 Campbell on March 14th. When officers arrived at the mentioned location, they observed a white Kia Optima with severe damage. An empty Mike’s Hard Lemonade was seen in the back of the car. Megan Harris, a witness of the crash, said she had seen the Kia speeding sideways and then crash into a tree. Officers then made contact with a passenger of the vehicle, Deshawn Fisher, who was still on the scene. When Fisher was asked who the driver was, he only stated, “I know the owner.”
Officers later made contact with Putney via cell phone where he stated that he let a friend borrow the vehicle at the time of the crash but couldn’t provide a name. While on the phone, he agreed to meet at Piggly Wiggly. Once Putney was in person with an officer, he admitted to showing off for his friends, losing control of the car, and then crashing into a tree. He added that he was aware of Mr. Fisher’s injuries but didn’t stop because he was scared. Taejion Putney was taken into custody and charged with reckless driving, leaving the scene with an injury and an open container.
Levi Krshul found passed out with gun on his lap
21-year-old Levi Krshul was seen sleeping in the back seat of his car at the Interstate 24 ramp on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on March 16th. Officers observed a handgun sitting on Krshul’s lap. After getting Krshul out of the car, officers noticed the pungent odor of alcohol coming from his person. The firearm that was sitting on Krshul’s lap was found with a round in the chamber. Officers deemed Levi Krshul a danger to himself, so he was taken into custody and charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence and public intoxication.
Reece Gorton drags “cheating” girlfriend out of party
27-year-old Reece Gorton was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, Jaden Athearn, at West Fork Crossings on March 16th. When officers arrived at the mentioned location, they made contact with Brandon Barron, who stated that he was having a small get-together with his friends at his apartment. He then advised that Gorton made his way to the party and said he knew Anthearn was there and was cheating on him, so he kicked Barron’s door down and went inside. Gorton noticed someone named Kenley Chadwick there with Athearn, so he punched him in the face. Afterward, Gorton grabbed Athearn’s arm and forcefully pulled her out of the apartment. When Gorton noticed that Athearn wasn’t trying to leave, he went outside and broke both side view mirrors by kicking them. Reece Gorton was taken into custody and charged with aggravated burglary, domestic assault, and vandalism.
Kimberly McAdory shoves ex-boyfriend to the ground
34-year-old Kimberly McAdory was involved in a domestic altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Lance Garnett, outside Planet Fitness on Fort Campbell Boulevard on March 16th. When officers arrived, they made contact with Garnett, who told them that McAdory assaulted him. Garnett stated that McAdory grabbed his shirt and ripped it before shoving him to the ground and hitting him in the face. McAdory admitted to grabbing Garnett’s shirt because she was trying to get her property that Garnett had for a week. Kimberly McAdory was then taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Jessica Sullens assaults ex-boyfriend when asked to leave his home after sex
31-year-old Jessica Sullens was involved in a domestic altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Johnathan McConnell, at his Winding Bluff Way residence on March 16th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with McConnell, who stated that he invited Sullens to his house so she could collect the rest of her belongings. When Sullens was asked to leave, she became angry and kicked a water pan and a food bowl for a dog. The two continued to argue until Sullens decided to leave, but as McConnell closed the door, Sullens returned and hit it back open. She then proceeded to hit McConnell’s phone out of his hand.
Sullens left before officers arrived, but she was located shortly after at the Silver Dollar Grocery on Trenton Road. Sullens claimed that she went to McConnell’s home, where she had intercourse with him. Immediately after, McConnell asked Sullens to leave, which led to an argument. Out of anger, Sullens kicked the dog bowls and exited the residence. As she was leaving, she hit the door and hit McConnell’s phone out of his hands. Jessica Sullens was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Soldier Dale Paulson tells police he didn’t “feel like stopping” at DUI checkpoint
22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Dale Paulson was seen in a maroon Chevy Silverado failing to stop at a DUI checkpoint at Kraft Street on March 15th. A traffic stop was made at the intersection of Kraft Street and Frosty Morn Drive, and law enforcement made contact with Paulson, who stated that the reason he didn’t stop was because he didn’t feel like it. Shortly after, Paulson told the officer that he had three beers at Tippers Bar but told the deputy that he had four. Paulson consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. On the way to jail, Paulson stated that he had six beers and had “gotten onto post like this before.” Dale Paulson was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, open container law, and failure to obey the lawful order of an officer.
