22-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Dale Paulson was seen in a maroon Chevy Silverado failing to stop at a DUI checkpoint at Kraft Street on March 15th. A traffic stop was made at the intersection of Kraft Street and Frosty Morn Drive, and law enforcement made contact with Paulson, who stated that the reason he didn’t stop was because he didn’t feel like it. Shortly after, Paulson told the officer that he had three beers at Tippers Bar but told the deputy that he had four. Paulson consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. On the way to jail, Paulson stated that he had six beers and had “gotten onto post like this before.” Dale Paulson was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, open container law, and failure to obey the lawful order of an officer.

DUI: Soldier Indea Roberts drinks at the Pinnacle before nearly hitting another vehicle
20-year-old Soldier Indea Roberts was seen in a white Toyota swerving in and out of her lane on February 17th. Officers witnessed Roberts increasing and decreasing speed rapidly to the point of nearly colliding with the vehicle in front of her. A traffic stop was conducted, and an officer made contact with Roberts, who was emitting a very strong scent of alcohol. Roberts also showed clear signs of intoxication, such as bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Shortly after, Roberts admitted she just left the Pinnacle and did have drinks. Roberts then consented to perform sobriety tests but executed them poorly. Indea Roberts was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
Fort Cambell Soldier Larry Thomas Congleton charged in assault of wife
25-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Larry Thomas Congleton was booked into custody this week on an outstanding warrant charging him with the domestic assault of his wife, Hannah Cox. She says she was attempting to pack her belonging on May 25th and removed the bag of clothes from her hands and pushed her against the bedroom wall. She reportedly has bruises on her shoulder from the incident.
Soldier deemed too drunk for the Electric Cowboy — Steven Becerra arrested
27-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Steven Becerra was ousted from the Electric Cowboy Saturday night and was escorted out by security. He ignored requests to call for a ride and to leave the property, and also refused to call for a ride when officers arrived. Due to his level of intoxication, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
