21-year-old Kiyana Bryant was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Willie Bell, at their Walnut Street residence on March 27th. When officers contacted Bell, he stated that Bryant got upset with him after he denied her “advances” toward him. Bryant mounted Bell and proceeded to strangle him. Bryant also bit Bell before he was able to push her off. Officers spoke with Bryant, who admitted that there was an argument but denied anything physical occurring. Bryant was later asked about the incident again, and this time, she stated that she defended herself after she got on top of Bell and he pushed her away. Kiyana Bryant was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault on March 28th.

30-year-old Candice Corbin was involved in an altercation with Bobby Majors at Summit Heights on March 31st. Officers contacted Corbin, who stated that an argument between her daughter and Major’s daughter had ensued. Corbin said after the argument, she went to Majors’ house with a bat and threatened him. Corbin swung the baseball bat at Majors but didn’t hit him. Corbin even told officers that she wanted to kill Majors. Candice Corbin was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

19-year-old Cam’Ron Walker was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, Aryaunna Bradley, at their Stillwood Drive residence on March 27th. Officers contacted Bradley, who stated that she and Walker had an argument. During the argument, Walker became increasingly angry and dumped a bottle of water on Bradley’s head while she was holding their child. Walker proceeded to throw Bradley’s items outside, damaging her TV and picture frames. When officers came into contact with Walker, he admitted to pouring water on Bradley and throwing her personal items outside. 30-year-old Terron Rucker was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend at their Hamlet Drive residence on March 18th. The day before, on March 17th, Terron got into an argument with his girlfriend. During the argument, Terron threw his phone at her multiple times until bruises were on her face and legs. Terron proceeded to push his girlfriend against the wall. She defended herself by pushing Terron away. Terron then charged at her and grabbed her by the hair as she ran away. Terron tackled his girlfriend onto the couch and began to hit her while he held her by the hair. Terron Rucker was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

James Hoffman speeds 109 mph on motorcycle down Tiny Town Road

23-year-old James Hoffman was seen on a white motorcycle speeding down Tiny Town Road on March 29th. Officers measured Hoffman traveling at 109mph. Shortly after, Hoffman approached another law enforcement member by traveling in the same lane but swerved around them and turned into Heritage Pointe Circle. Officers met at Heritage Pointe Circle and observed motorcycles loaded into a trailer. One of the officers noticed the white motorcycle that sped past them and made contact. Officers asked who the owner was, and Hoffman stated that he was the driver but didn’t notice that he was going so fast. James Hoffman was then taken into custody and charged with reckless driving.

31-year-old Jennifer Williams was found asleep in her white Dodge Challenger in front of the Whataburger on N 2nd Street on March 26th. Once officers were able to wake up Williams, they instructed her to get out of her vehicle. Upon getting her to exit her car, officers noted that Williams was exhibiting several signs of intoxication. Williams was requested to perform sobriety tests, but she refused. This led to a search probable cause search of Williams’s person, which yielded a small empty bottle of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. Jennifer Williams was then read implied consent, taken into custody, and charged with driving under the influence.

56-year-old Kathy Clinard was caught not ringing up her item at the Walmart on Fort Campbell Boulevard on September 11th, 2023. Clinard was observed walking into the store, picking up an item, and making her way to the self-checkout line, where she scanned the item but did not pay for it. Clinard failed to pay $43.39 and was charged with shoplifting on March 26th, 2024.

22-year-old Armonde Crenshaw was seen in a white Mercedes making an illegal U-turn on North 2nd Street on March 26th. Officers made contact with Crenshaw and conducted a probable cause search of his car. They located 1.5 grams of marijuana, an empty baggie, and an ashtray with multiple blunt portions.

When officers ran Crenshaw’s information, they found that he had an action date for failing to apply for insurance on February 17th. On November 15th, Crenshaw was caught driving on a suspended license, making the current one his third offense. Armonde Crenshaw was taken into custody and charged with simple possession/casual exchange, unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked or suspended license, and no insurance.

Shane Francis destroys girlfriend’s belongings after dispute over money

26-year-old Shane Francis was caught vandalizing his girlfriend’s apartment on March 26th. When officers arrived at Needmore Road and spoke to Ms. Green, she told them that Francis had destroyed property inside her apartment after he locked her out.

Ms. Green listed off the damaged items: a Black & Decker microwave, a Maytag dryer, several pieces of her clothing, and medication. The microwave’s door frame had been ripped off and damaged. The Maytag dryer had a large amount of wet washing detergent thrown in it. Ms. Green’s clothing and various medications were thrown in the bathtub with running water. The total cost of the damage Francis caused was deemed to be greater than $1000.

Francis stated that he had damaged the property because he was frustrated with Ms. Green because of a dispute over money. Shane Francis was then taken into custody and charged with vandalism.

Shelby Lane chases recovery house roommate with knife

24-year-old Shelby Layne was involved in an altercation with her roommate, Susanna Martinez, at the Life Center Foundation Incorporation, a recovery program on Richardson Street on March 26th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Martinez, who stated that earlier in the morning, she and Layne had been having an argument about cleaning.

According to Martinez, Ms. Layne picked up a bar stool and acted like she was going to hit her with it before grabbing two knives from the bar and swinging them around as she chased Martinez. Officers received footage of Layne picking up the two kitchen knives and chasing Martinez out of the residence. Shelby Layne was then taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

35-year-old Tarleasea Laquay Monday was involved in a domestic dispute with her ex-boyfriend, Gregory Bell, at the Clarksville Montgomery County Community Action Agency on March 26th. Bell informed officers that the argument started in the daycare but became physical when he returned to his car. 18-year-old Zachary Standford was caught stealing at Dillard’s in Governor’s Square Mall on March 25th. Standford had concealed merchandise on his person and passed all points of sale. Officers were called and came into contact with Standford. Standford stated that his name was James Smith and provided his birthday. Standford informed officers that he had no form of ID to prove his identity. When officers searched Standford, they found a debit card and a Tennessee ID with his actual name. Standford was also found with a tobacco vape on his person. The merchandise was valued at $294. Zachary Standford was taken into custody and charged with criminal impersonation, theft, and possession of tobacco as a minor.

Lamont Lockhart strangles girlfriend during altercation, violates conditions of release

29-year-old Lamont Doshay Lockhart had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Tyeisha Pace, at her Baltimore Drive apartment in the early hours of March 13th. Around 6:23 a.m., Pace alerted the authorities, advising them that she had received a call from Laverne Johnson at 5:10 a.m. Pace stated Johnson asked if her vehicle was outside because she believed Lockhart was using it. When Pace went outside to check, it was not there, but later, when she looked again, she noticed he was outside her residence. Pace stated when she was on the front porch, Lockhart approached her and put his hands around her neck. Lockhart pushed Pace down to the couch in the living room. Pace added that she had difficulty breathing during the incident. Lockhart then went upstairs and rummaged through Pace’s purse before leaving. Officers discovered he had an active COR with Pace as the protected party. The couple has a previous history of domestic assault, including an incident in February 2024. Lockhart was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault and contempt on March 25th.
