26-year-old Tegan Ann McGregor was charged with aggravated assault on Christmas Eve after her fiancé, Rossview Middle School teacher Ashley Meece, says she threatened to kill her after grabbing the victim’s Glock 43X handgun from the dresser. The couple reportedly had a verbal argument over “personal issues” that escalated quickly as Tegan pulled the gun from the holster. There was a brief struggle for control of the handgun, but Ashley was able to wrestle it away from Tegan before police arrived.

Patrick Wedding — drunk and disorderly in downtown Clarksville
26-year-old Patrick Lee Wedding was charged with public intoxication just before midnight on December 26th in front of Blackhorse Pub & Brewery on Franklin St in downtown Clarksville. He reportedly put his hands on officers who were responding to a fight call. He was heavingly intoxicated and became a public annoyance, according to officers, as he reeked of alcohol and had trouble standing. He was given multiple opportunities to go home with a friend, but Wedding became more aggressive and combative toward officers and was taken into custody.
Dawson Darnell kicks through girlfriend’s front door after day of arguing
41-year-old Dawson Riley Darnell faces vandalism charges after police say he kicked in the door of his girlfriend’s home after she had just helped him move his belonging out of the house. Officers responded to the Mossy Oak Circle address just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, where Amy Reynolds explained she had just helped her boyfriend of two years load all of his belongings into his vehicle after they had spent the day arguing. After everything was outside, she locked the door. Moments later, the doorbell rang, and she didn’t answer it as she had no desire to continue the argument. Darnell then kicked through the front door, destroying it and the frame, retrieved his cell phone, and left the property.
Stephen Pirtle jailed after walking out on drug screen for probation
31-year-old Stephen Keith Pirtle reportedly walked out on a drug screen for probation on December 12, causing a warrant to be issued for his arrest for violating the terms of his probation. The state has also requested his prior suspended sentence of 11 months and 29 days be re-instated for this violation, as well as not providing proof of Narcotics Anonymous meetings and still owing court fees, costs, and probation fees. He was booked on the outstanding warrant on December 27th.
The original sentence stems from a domestic violence case earlier this year in which his wife, Machaela Jex Pirtle, provided a video to police of her husband threatening to kill her. He claimed to be drunk and did not remember the comments. At the time of that arrest, he was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and a bag of crystal meth weighing over a half-gram.

Clarksville ‘Party God’ Decorius Simpkins charged after house party gone wrong
21-year-old self-proclaimed “Party God” Decorius Lamar Simpkins was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on December 20th after he failed to appear for a July court date, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The original charge stems from a citation issued in June, when he was 20 years old, charging him with underage possession of alcohol and marijuana. Officers encountered him at a house party that the police shut down.
Mechele Wilson charged with pulling gun on husband who she says was cheating
51-year-old Mechele Aline Wilson was charged with aggravated domestic assault on December 16 after police say she pointed a gun at her husband’s face when he arrived home. David Wilson says he called home to say he would be late arriving home after work as he had forgotten his coffee mug at work. She reportedly accused him of cheating, and when he returned home, says she came to the window and pointed a pistol at his face.
Layton Jackson charged with 5th DUI after being found asleep behind the wheel
42-year-old Layton William Jackson was found unconscious in the driver’s seat of his running vehicle, slumped over the center console on December 16th on N. Woodson Rd. Responding officers conducting a welfare check were able to awaken Jackson, who reeked of alcohol. Officers found five open containers of mini vodka bottles inside the vehicle. This is his 5th DUI, with prior convictions in 2008, 2014, 2014, and 2022.
Ted Sealy jailed after sending his wife’s nude videos and photos to others without permission
32-year-old Ted Anthony Sealy was charged with unlawful exposure last Friday and taken into custody. According to a sworn affidavit, Ted is accused of sharing nude pictures and videos of his wife, Rebecca Sealy, without her permission.
Michael Alexander knocks the teeth out of stepson Robert Wilson’s mouth
45-year-old Robert Hale Wilson was arrested and charged with punching his stepfather, Mike Alexander, in the face and breaking his glasses. Robert told police his stepfather started yelling at him for no reason and pushed him, causing his replacement teeth to fly out. Robert also told police he “flew his arms up to block, and that was how Mr. Alexander’s glasses flew off his face.” Police arrested both of them for roles in the scuffle and charged them with domestic assault.
Troy Ford assaults cousin during blackout on his 21st birthday
21-year-old Troy Jay Ford was arrested in the early morning hours on December 11th. According to police, Ford and his cousin, Justin Adams, were out celebrating Ford’s 21st birthday when he became too intoxicated and began to hit his cousin, who was driving at the time. Once his cousin brought the vehicle to a stop in the parking lot of Rural King, Ford reportedly put his cousin in a headlock, restricting his breathing. The victim responded in self-defense, hitting his cousin back a couple of times and then calling the police. Once police arrived on the scene, Ford had no recollection of how or why the altercation began and couldn’t remember anything that happened.
DUI: red-faced soldier Richard Olen Wolfe say he wasn’t drinking, despite smelling of alcohol
22-year-old Ft. Campbell soldier Richard Olen Wolfe was arrested on December 11th and charged with driving while intoxicated. Police say they pulled Wolfe over after observing his inability to maintain his lane of travel. Wolfe stated he was coming from a birthday party and had nothing to drink. Police say he smelled of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests.
DeAsia ‘Dee’ Brown charged after assaulting wife, punching her
20-year-old DeAsia “Dee” Louise Brown was arrested and charged with domestic assault on December 11th after attempting to stop her wife from leaving the home. According to police reports, Mrs. Brown attempted to stop her wife from removing her property from their home off Ted A Crozier Sr Blvd by grabbing the chain around her wife’s neck and pulling on her jacket so hard it ripped. Once her wife made it outside to her car, Brown proceeded to assault her again “with two punches to the neck and shoulder area.”
Isabelle Elkins charged after ‘tweeking’ at Dodge’s Chicken & knocking on random doors
22-year-old Isabelle Hope Elkins was arrested Monday afternoon for public intoxication. According to police, Isabelle had been causing a disturbance all day, having been kicked out of Dodges service station on Ft. Campbell Blvd earlier that day when attempting to purchase items without money and scaring customers because of her appearance while “tweeking” inside the store.
That Monday afternoon, it all came to a head when cops responded to a call at a private residence off Charlemagne Blvd. Allegedly, Isabelle was banging on the front door, asking for help but appeared to be on drugs. When officers questioned her, she said, “she was being chased by her boyfriend” all the way from Dodge’s Chicken, but officers spoke with the employees of Dodge’s, who stated she was by herself. Due to the appearance of being under the influence of a controlled substance as well as causing multiple public nuisances, she was taken into custody and transported to Montgomery County Jail for booking.
Solomon Jones charged on superseding indictment, additional rape charges added
43-year-old Solomon Lewis Jones was arrested again Monday on a superseding indictment from the Montgomery County Grand Jury and charged with four additional counts of rape to the charges already brought forward last month. His bond was continued, and he was released later that afternoon.
Previously: 43-year-old Solomon Lewis Jones has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on six counts of rape of a child, 2 counts of aggravated sexual battery, and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. The allegations stem from incidents occurring from January 2017 to October 2019. The victim was less than 13 years of age. He is free on a $100,000 bond.
Bryce Hirkala tosses drugs into water after crashing BMW while on state probation
21-year-old Bryce Carl Hirkala was arrested Monday around midnight. Officers responding to a wreck at Little Hope Rd and Hwy 76 were told by a witness that the driver of the black BMW involved in the wreck was seen throwing a backpack into the water before authorities arrived on the scene. Bryce Hirkala was identified as the driver of the black BMW, and officers did recover a backpack from the water, which contained marijuana and drug-related paraphernalia, including a rolling tray and cigarillos. More marijuana and drug-related paraphernalia was found in the vehicle after being searched. He was arrested and transported to Montgomery County Jail for booking.
In August 2022, Hirkala was given judicial diversion on two felony drug charges and was placed on state probation.
DUI: Cooper Chessman pulled behind a parked patrol car and nodded off
Police say 26-year-old Cooper Chessman was driving his truck Saturday evening at 5:40 p.m. when he pulled behind a marked patrol car that was responding to an unrelated crash scene and blocking a lane of travel. As the officer walked back to the truck, he noticed Chessman was asleep or passed out in the driver’s seat. As the officer made contact, Chessman suddenly woke up and attempted to drive away. He was sweating profusely with pinpoint pupils and was unable to be still – described as “jittery” by the officer.
DUI: Carissa Hukill charged after leaving Mr. Billy’s Bar
25-year-old Carissa Jamie Hukill was arrested in the early morning hours of December 10th for a DUI. She was initially stopped for going 62 in a 45 mph zone. Police say she had “glassy, watery eyes and slurred speech.” She initially denied drinking any alcohol, but after performing poorly on her field sobriety tests and being transported to Sango E.R. to have her blood drawn, she admitted to drinking six beers before going out to Mr. Billy’s Bar.
Ladell Marshall charged in felony check forgery
29-year-old Ladell Shun Marshall of Fort Worth, TX, was arrested on December 7th after police say he cashed a forged check for $5,966.02 at the U.S. Bank on Madison St. He was detained on the spot, taken to the Sango ER to be cleared medically and then to the Montgomery County Jail to be booked on the felony charge.
