27-year-old Angel Casey was seen vandalizing her boyfriend’s iPhone at their Ryder Avenue apartment residence at 4:54 a.m. on June 13th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with the victim, who claimed that he and Casey had gotten into an argument. During the altercation, Casey picked up his iPhone 13, walked out of the residence, and threw his phone down onto the concrete, shattering the iPhone and rendering it inoperable. The phone’s value was approximately $250. Casey was identified as the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for vandalism.

Joseph Jones gives authorities fake name; believed he was wanted for probation violation

21-year-old Joseph Allen Jones drove his light-blue Honda Pilot with expired tags on June 12th in Clarksville. After officers observed this, they conducted a traffic stop. When officers approached Jones, he told them he did not have an ID and gave them the name “Joseph Bell,” with a DOB of February 9th, 2005. Nothing returned when they ran the name through NCIC, so Jones wrote it down on paper and handed it to them. While he wrote this, officers noticed a brown and white pill, later identified as 100 mg of Gabapentin, underneath the driver’s seat and had him exit the vehicle. Officers told Jones to place his hands on the patrol car’s hood, and he started resisting until they were eventually able to detain him safely. During a search, officers found his wallet with his license, identifying him as Joseph Jones, with a DOB of February 9th, 2003. It was later found that Jones believed he was wanted out of Dickson County for a probation violation. Jones was then taken into custody for possession of a pill without prescription, criminal impersonation, and resisting arrest.

DUI: Khristyna Hall collides with traffic pole, tells officers that she is somewhere in Nashville

41-year-old Khristyna Hall was seen hitting a traffic pole in a black Chevrolet Tahoe near Dunlop Lane and International Boulevard on June 12th. Officers arrived and observed the Tahoe with its reverse lights on. Officers approached the vehicle, knocked on the passenger side window, and asked Hall to exit. While interacting with Hall, officers reported that they immediately detected a strong smell of alcohol coming from her as well as the vehicle. As Hall struggled to maintain her balance, officers noticed other signs of intoxication. When officers asked Hall where she was headed, she stated that she lived in Murfreesboro and thought she was currently somewhere in Nashville. When officers asked if she had any alcohol, she admitted to drinking that night. Seeing as Hall struggled to maintain her balance, officers noticed other signs of intoxication, prompting them to ask her to perform sobriety tests. Hall refused and was taken into taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Sarah Skipper lied to police about being assaulted

22-year-old Sarah Skipper was determined to have given a false report to an officer on June 3rd. Skipper confessed on the date that falsely told officers about an assault out of anger. Upon further investigation, officers received body camera footage that confirmed that Skipper lied about the victim assaulting her because she was mad at him. The camera caught the defendant admitting two different times that she was mad at him and lied about this to officers. A warrant was issued, and Skipper was taken into custody for filing a false report on June 12th.

22-year-old Erianna Kyshae Davis had a domestic incident with her boyfriend, Joseph Wallace, at their Golf Club Lane townhome at 6:35 p.m. on June 12th. 30-year-old Jeremiah Paul Dail was involved in a fight at the Mapco on Tiny Town Road at 3:14 a.m. on June 12th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Dail, standing beside his red Dodge Ram 1500. Dail confessed that he drank at Tippers before heading to the gas station. During their interaction, officers noticed that Dail reeked of alcohol and showed signs of intoxication. Authorities discovered that Dail had also been convicted of driving under the influence in August 2020, so he was now taken into custody for DUI-2nd offense.

25-year-old Victoria Eckles was observed publicly intoxicated near the Clarksville Police Department on Cunningham Lane on June 11th. Officers were called as Eckles refused to exit a vehicle. A concerned citizen alerted the authorities, stating she observed a female, later identified as Broyles, in a dark-colored Dodge pull-up to the Winner’s Circle Motel parking lot. The citizen stated Broyles started damaging a vehicle later identified as her ex-boyfriend, Steven McIntosh’s vehicle. The caller said she started recording Broyles ripping off the back passenger-side door handle and the gas cap. After officers reviewed the footage, they contacted McIntosh, who advised that Broyles also took off his license plate. Then, when officers spoke with Broyles, she admitted to damaging his vehicle and showed officers evidence that some of the damage was already there. Broyles disputed that the word “Bitch” scratched onto the trunk was old before confirming that she took his license plate off and dumped it by the Fort Campbell Boulevard Walgreens. She was then detained for the occurrence.

Dung Brown caught with 34 grams of cocaine during traffic stop

49-year-old Dung Thi Brown rode as a passenger as Joshua Crowder drove a Kia Forte with tags registered to a Cadillac late June 10th. After observing this, officers made a traffic stop. They noticed the vehicle reeked of marijuana and asked to search them. The search resulted in officers locating a cut straw with residue and two plastic bags with cocaine in Brown’s purse. One weighed .8 grams, and the other weighed 15.59 grams. They found an additional bag with 18.42 grams of cocaine inside the driver’s side door. Dung Thi Brown was taken into custody for unlawful drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.

Katie Hawks assaults roommate, says police will believe her because she’s white

32-year-old Katie Lauren Hawks had a domestic altercation with her roommate, Sheila Roman, at their Hargrove Marable Road residence on June 9th. When officers arrived, they were informed that Hawks had lived in the upstairs portion of the home for four months before staying in an RV on the property. Then, Hawks alleged she walked into Roman’s room to check on her and, in return, was punched in the nose. Roman stated she was sleeping when Hawks entered her bedroom, demanding cigarettes and food. Then, after Roman asked her to leave, Hawks refused and slapped her in the face. Roman added that she punched Hawks in the nose in self-defense. Hawks then told Roman she would call the cops and that they would believe her because she was white. Hawks was then taken into custody for domestic assault. Hawks was previously arrested in March 2024 for urinating in front of officers at McDonald’s on Madison Street.

DUI: Gupton Vogt found drunk in his car on Madison Street

24-year-old Gupton Kelley Vogt was taken into custody for driving under the influence on June 9th. Around 8:15 p.m., officers responded to a service call at Gracey Court and Phoenix apartments on Madison Street. When officers arrived, they located Vogt, who reeked of alcohol in his red car. Officers noticed Vogt showed signs of intoxication. Officers prompted him with sobriety tests, which he consented to and performed poorly on. After being read implied consent, Vogt agreed to provide a blood sample and was transported to Sango Emergency Room. Vogt’s vehicle was towed to Danny’s East College tow service, and he was later detained. Vogt was also previously arrested in 2022 for drag racing.
