65-year-old Billy Johnson was indicted by the Grand Jury on March 22nd with 1 count of rape of a child and 3 counts of sexual battery. Between March 2019, and July 2022 Johnson is accused of knowingly sexually penetrating a minor under the age of 13 and having additional sexual contact with the same minor on multiple occasions.

Solomon Jones charged on superseding indictment, additional rape charges added
43-year-old Solomon Lewis Jones was arrested again Monday on a superseding indictment from the Montgomery County Grand Jury and charged with four additional counts of rape to the charges already brought forward last month. His bond was continued, and he was released later that afternoon.

The allegations stem from incidents occurring from January 2017 to October 2019. The victim was less than 13 years of age. He is free on a $100,000 bond.
