65-year-old Billy Johnson was indicted by the Grand Jury on March 22nd with 1 count of rape of a child and 3 counts of sexual battery. Between March 2019, and July 2022 Johnson is accused of knowingly sexually penetrating a minor under the age of 13 and having additional sexual contact with the same minor on multiple occasions.
Billy Johnson of Sundown Drive in Las Vegas, NV, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 22nd, charged with child rape and three counts of aggravated sexual battery. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $25,000.
