30-year-old Sebastian Shaw, a former employee of Appleton Harley Davidson, has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury after reportedly deleting company files and withholding social media logins after he was terminated in July. Shaw was hired to do marketing for the business and was terminated in late July. Court records allege that in apparent retaliation, he destroyed and damaged their internal computer system, customer files, and company emails, causing over $10,000 in losses to the company. The Grand Jury met on November 7, and Shaw was taken into custody on two felony counts of computer fraud and vandalism the following week.

40-year-old Michael Swaney has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor. An indictment that returned in August alleges Swaney was knowingly in possession of more than 50 images depicting minors and engaged in sexual or stimulated sexual activity ranging from January 2022 through April 2022.

Michael Taylor indicted on two counts of rape
25-year-old Michael Taylor was booked in the Montgomery County Jail on May 8th after the April session of the Grand Jury indicted him on two counts of rape. The indictment alleges that on January 11, 2021, Taylor raped a now 29-year-old person.

A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 45-year-old Stan Gaston on two counts of aggravated sexual battery of a victim under the age of 13. The indictment alleges that between July 2021 and July 2022, Gaston had sexual contact with the same victim, who was born in 2013, at least twice.
Billy Johnson indicted on child rape and sexual contact charges
65-year-old Billy Johnson was indicted by the Grand Jury on March 22nd with 1 count of rape of a child and 3 counts of sexual battery. Anthony Powell indicted in Clarksville’s largest cocaine distribution racket
43-year-old Anthony Dewayne Powell has been indicted by a March Montgomery County Grand Jury on multiple charges stemming from 2022 drug activity. Detectives say that, along with others, he conspired to sell more than 300 grams of cocaine between July and September.
Powell reportedly delivered a bulk amount of cocaine to Floyd Johnson on July 6 on East College Street in Clarksville. He also sold a kilo of cocaine to Floyd Johnson and Stevie Lelly at Verkler Drive on July 22. He then made another sale to Johnson on August 27th on Roan Drive. On September 2, he made another sale of cocaine on Fort Campbell Blvd. He also sold and delivered cocaine to Floyd Johnson in Pleasant View on September 3rd. Powell reportedly sold another kilogram of cocaine to Floyd Johnson on September 6 in Clarksville.Â
On September 13, detectives say Powell possessed a kilogram of cocaine and $5,000 in cash, along with crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia such as digital scales and cigarillos.
Katlyn Smalley indicted on vehicular homicide charge after 2022 crash
A February Grand Jury indicted 23-year-old Katlyn Smalley on charges of vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment for the March 21, 2022, automobile crash that killed Rebecca Shelton and placed Ronald Huter in danger of death or serious bodily injury. Her bond is set at $350,000.
Solomon Jones charged on superseding indictment, additional rape charges added
43-year-old Solomon Lewis Jones was arrested again Monday on a superseding indictment from the Montgomery County Grand Jury and charged with four additional counts of rape to the charges already brought forward last month. His bond was continued, and he was released later that afternoon.
Previously: 43-year-old Solomon Lewis Jones has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on six counts of rape of a child, 2 counts of aggravated sexual battery, and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. The allegations stem from incidents occurring from January 2017 to October 2019. The victim was less than 13 years of age. He is free on a $100,000 bond.
Cheyenne Maddox jailed on new Indictments related to child’s death
Earlier today, detectives with the Clarksville Police Departments Special Operations Unit arrested 32-year-old Cheyenne Dawn Maddox for Aggravated Child Abuse/ Neglect/ Endangerment of a child in relation to the death of 13-year-old Kadaris Maddox.
On July 6, 2022, at approximately 1:10 pm, Clarksville Police Department officers responded to a residence on Virginia Terrace where Kadaris Maddox was pronounced deceased following the arrival of first responders. Based on the investigation, the lead investigator, Detective Bryan Hughes, presented evidence to the August session of the Montgomery County Grand Jury, and an indictment was issued for Cheyenne Maddox. She was taken into custody today and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
Nefertiti Jones jailed on aggravated child abuse indictment — $50K Bond
Officers located 28-year-old Nefertiti Jones in order to take her into custody for a Grand Jury indictment charging her with aggravated child abuse of a child under the age of eight, which resulted in intentional serious bodily injury to the child. As they located her on Baltimore Drive, they searched her and located a razor blade, a snort straw, and Suboxone strips without a prescription.
Devante Ruffin charged in 2018 murder of Tavon Wilson
23-year-old Devante Ruffin has been indicted in the 2018 murder of Tavon Wilson in Clarksville. He is charged with 1st-degree murder and other related charges. Ruffin is held in lieu of a $200,000 bond.
Timothy Hodge indicted on child sex charges by Grand Jury

Caleb Rustchak indicted on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor
A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 24-year-old Caleb Rustchak on two counts related to the sexual exploitation of children. Count one, aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, alleges Rustchak distributed and exchanged images of children involved in sexual activity. County two, sexual exploitation of a minor (over fifty images), alleges Rustchak knowingly possessed over fifty such images of minors engaged in sexual acts. The activity occurred between October 2020 and October 2021.
Robert Hart, 31, charged with rape & incest of 15-year-old niece
31-year-old Robert Hart is free on a $50,000 bond via 911 Bail Bonding after a Montgomery County Grand Jury this month indicted him on two counts of rape and two counts of incest. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between January and June of 2021, and the victim was his 15-year-old niece.
Norman Detweiler charged with rape of Clarksville woman
29-year-old Norman Detweiler has been indicted by a Montgomery County Grand Jury, charged with the rape of a 24-year-old woman. Court records allege the rape occurred in May of 2020 and was given a true bill in the recent December 2021 session of the Grand Jury. Detweiler is free on a $20,000 bond.
