A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 24-year-old Caleb Rustchak on two counts related to the sexual exploitation of children. Count one, aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, alleges Rustchak distributed and exchanged images of children involved in sexual activity. County two, sexual exploitation of a minor (over fifty images), alleges Rustchak knowingly possessed over fifty such images of minors engaged in sexual acts. The activity occurred between October 2020 and October 2021.
Caleb Henry Rustachak, of Gip Manning Road in Clarksville, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 12th on the indictment and is free on a $20,000 bond, posted via A Way Out Bonding. He is scheduled to be arraigned on June 13th.
