A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 45-year-old Stan Gaston on two counts of aggravated sexual battery of a victim under the age of 13. The indictment alleges that between July 2021 and July 2022, Gaston had sexual contact with the same victim, who was born in 2013, at least twice.
Stan Patrick Gatson of Jan Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 28th, charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $50,000.
