22-year-old Aydan Towry was caught being in a relationship with a 16-year-old female on May 20th. When law enforcement spoke with Towry, he admitted that he had sexual relations with her. Towry claimed that the minor was 17 at the beginning of their relationship and that she told him she was actually 16 around October 2023. The minor law confessed to law enforcement that she lied about her age but told the truth during the mentioned time frame. The minor also confirmed that she had sexual intercourse with Towry around three weeks ago after he knew of her age. Aydan Towry was taken into custody and charged with statutory rape.

Joshua Bickerstaff indicted by Grand Jury for 2 counts of rape
A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 33-year-old Joshua Bickerstaff for two counts of rape between February 1st, 2022, and December 31st, 2022. The indictment alleges that the victim was a 28-year-old woman. Bickerstaff was taken into custody for two counts of rape on April 6th. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $30,000.
Johnathan Threats indicted on multiple counts of child rape, incest
A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 38-year-old Johnathan Threats for incest and child rape between and including January 1st, 2020, and July 11th, 2021. The indictment alleges the victim was his 14-year-old stepdaughter. A judicial Commissioner set his bond at $150,000.
Notary Public Renael Wynn charged in rape of child in Clarksville
32-year-old Renael Wynn of Rushing Dr. was indicted by Montgomery County Grand Jury on October 3rd for the rape of a child. The incident allegedly took place in the month of September last year, and the child was between the ages of 8-13. Wynn was appointed as a Notary Public in Montgomery County in May 2021
Michael Taylor indicted on two counts of rape
25-year-old Michael Taylor was booked in the Montgomery County Jail on May 8th after the April session of the Grand Jury indicted him on two counts of rape. The indictment alleges that on January 11, 2021, Taylor raped a now 29-year-old person.
Sheriff’s Deputy Justin Williams-Harrell, 26, charged in rape of 16-year-old girl
26-year-old Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department Corrections Deputy Justin Williams-Harrell is charged with the felony aggravated statutory rape of a 16-year-old girl. The victim disclosed to her parents that she met Harrell through Facebook, where he used the name ‘Miles Morales.’ She believe him to be 23 years old when they first met, but eventually learned his true age throughout their relationship. She disclosed they had sexual intercourse at least three times at his apartment at the Villages at Peachers Mill in Clarksville. Williams-Harrell was interviewed on April 28 at the Sheriff’s Office, during which he admitted to having sex with the 16-year-old victim. His employment was also terminated at that time.
Robert Anderson indicted on aggravated statutory rape charges
28-year-old Robert Anderson is charged with two counts of aggravated statutory rape. He was booked this week on a Grand Jury indictment which alleges that during 2022 he had unlawful sexual intercourse with a victim who was 15/16 at the time (DOB: 04/07/2006).
Jessie Wardlow jailed on rape indictment — $75K bond
32-year-old Jessie Lamont Wardlow is jailed on a $75,000 bond on a Grand Jury indictment charging him with rape. The indictment alleges that in July of 2022, he raped a then 34-year-old person.
Solomon Jones charged on superseding indictment, additional rape charges added
43-year-old Solomon Lewis Jones was arrested again Monday on a superseding indictment from the Montgomery County Grand Jury and charged with four additional counts of rape to the charges already brought forward last month. His bond was continued, and he was released later that afternoon.
Previously: 43-year-old Solomon Lewis Jones has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on six counts of rape of a child, 2 counts of aggravated sexual battery, and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. The allegations stem from incidents occurring from January 2017 to October 2019. The victim was less than 13 years of age. He is free on a $100,000 bond.
Robert Hart, 31, charged with rape & incest of 15-year-old niece
31-year-old Robert Hart is free on a $50,000 bond via 911 Bail Bonding after a Montgomery County Grand Jury this month indicted him on two counts of rape and two counts of incest. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between January and June of 2021, and the victim was his 15-year-old niece.
Norman Detweiler charged with rape of Clarksville woman
29-year-old Norman Detweiler has been indicted by a Montgomery County Grand Jury, charged with the rape of a 24-year-old woman. Court records allege the rape occurred in May of 2020 and was given a true bill in the recent December 2021 session of the Grand Jury. Detweiler is free on a $20,000 bond.
Kenwood vice-principal Garry Chadwell forced teen to penetrate him sexually, per rape indictment
49-year-old Kenwood High School Assistant Principal & Athletic Director Garry James Chadwell was jailed Tuesday evening, charged with forcing a 17-year-old to penetrate him sexually. The indictment, a copy of which is in the story, alleges one count of forcing the child to penetrate him without the child’s consent, and another count of adding the statutory rape charge. The incident occurred on January 22, 2022.
Clarksville’s “Anime Car Guy” Tyler Flanagan indicted in 2020 Nashville rape
21-year-old Tyler Flanagan, of Clarksville, was jailed Sunday, charged with a November 2020 rape. The Davidson County Grand Jury returned the charge in March. Flanagan is a prominent member of the Nashville and Clarksville car club scenes, locally known for his “anime” car, and a member of “931 Shitboxes”. He is free on a $10,000 bond.
