18-year-old Tatiana Bacon was traveling behind a sheriff’s deputy just before 2 a.m. on June 10 when it became apparent she was accelerating at a high rate of speed and then following too closely. Another officer conducted a traffic stop on Bacon, who was driving the vehicle. She told police she was “going from one party to another” and had consumed “four Twisted Teas” prior to driving. She reeked of alcohol and had trouble standing, according to officers.

Sarah Moore charged with underage possession of alcohol when found drunk on Cheatham Drive

19-year-old Sarah Jessica Moore was propped up against a knocked-over recliner when Clarksville Police came into contact with her on December 28th. They were responding to a domestic incident on Cheatham Drive. Officers questioned her as she appeared to be heavily intoxicated, and she stated she had “two shots of rum.” Sarah told police her roommate gave her the alcohol. Her roommate says Sarah’s boyfriend gave it to her. A bundle of alcoholic “shooters” was visible in Sarah’s purse. She was taken into custody and charged with underage possession of alcohol.

21-year-old self-proclaimed “Party God” Decorius Lamar Simpkins was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on December 20th after he failed to appear for a July court date, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Eddie Hampton charged after family spat with brother, petty police make arrest

When Clarksville Police Officer Daniel Smith responded to a family squabble Tuesday evening, he would eventually charge 19-year-old Eddie Mark Hampton with underage drinking, possession of a cigarillo, possession of less than 0.5 oz of marijuana, and domestic assault. The reason for the call? Eddie was reportedly arguing with his brother, Ethan Hampton, and “shoved him.” according to a police report. Ethan then pushed him to the ground and out the door of the residence.

Officers located Eddie just down the street and took him into custody for the assault. During the arrest, they located the tiniest amount of marijuana and a cigarillo. Eddie says his brother tackled him, but he did not remember shoving his brother. He says his family gave him the alcohol he was drinking, and the family says he brought it with him to the house.

Brayden Williams charged with underage DUI after 8 a.m. crash

19-year-old Brayden Michael Williams crashed at the intersection of Wilma Rudolph & Dunbar Cave Road just before 8 a.m. Saturday, and disclosed to responding officers he had consumed alcohol “the night before.” Officers noticed that the vehicle had seemingly fresh and significant damage to the front passenger side that was unrelated to the current crash, which Willaims claimed to have no knowledge of. Multiple officers arrived at Holiday Drive in response to a shirtless 19-year-old Garrett Ray Terry, who was attempting to fight officers who were attempting to take help him. He was drunken and on the roadway and every time they attempted to assist him he continued to fight and actively resist. 20-year-old Selwyn-Lee Thompson told police his roommate, Marquis Jackson, assaulted him in the Waffle House parking lot when he refused to immediately take him home. As police investigated and arrested Jackson, they noticed that Thompson seemed extremely intoxicated, noting he was only 20-year-old. They also arrested Thompson, charging him with underage drinking. He admitted to drinking “4-5 beers”.

25-year-old soldier Marquis Jackson is charged with the felony aggravated domestic assault of his roommate, Selwyn-Lee Thompson after police responded to the Waffle House on Ft.
