DUI: Casey Langlois, 20, rear-ends vehicle after drinking at ‘Ghost Bridge’

20-year-old Casey Langlois says she was hanging out at “ghost bridge,” where she had two shots of alcohol before rear-ending a car on College Street near Johnny’s Big Burger Tuesday afternoon. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and officers located a bottle of Green Apple Smirnoff that was almost empty in her vehicle.
