Brayden “Bray2K” Collins of Diamond Crew assaults his girlfriend after taking her phone

21-year-old Brayden “Bray2K” Collins of Diamond Crew was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Cristi Britt, while at his Indian Creek Road residence on July 8th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Britt and noticed minor cuts on her leg. Britt informed officers that she and Collins had verbally argued in the car on the way to her house. She alleges the altercation began when Collins forcibly took her phone. Britt stated when she attempted to retrieve it, Collins shoved her in the face. Officers then approached Collins, who also had a noticeable cut on his leg. Collins also told officers that he and Britt were arguing inside the car. Collins was then deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault. Collins has a history of multiple charges, including but not limited to underage driving while impaired (DWI), resisting arrest, violation of probation, and failure to exercise due care.

Brayden “Bray2k” Collins jailed after violating conditions of suspended sentence

20-year-old Brayden James Collins had a petition for revocation of a suspended sentence on January 29th. The petition stated that on the 6th day of September 2023, Collins was convicted in General Sessions for resisting arrest and was sentenced to six months in the Montgomery County Jail. This sentence was suspended upon good behavior and specific conditions on September 6th. Since that date, Collins has violated the conditions by testing positive for marijuana on December 7th, 2023, and January 25th, failing to provide proof of being enrolled in or completing an Alcohol and Drug treatment program, and neglecting to pay anything towards his $1,140 in court costs or his $20 in probation fees. Collins was taken into custody for violation of probation on January 31st. Collins has a previous history of multiple charges as well.

Sean Conklin, 19, says he drank at Revel House before crashing car on way home

Following reports of a hit and run, 19-year-old Sean Conklin was arrested after he reportedly admitted to drinking with his juvenile girlfriend at the Revel House near downtown Clarksville before getting into a wreck and then fleeing the scene. When Officer Keenan Driskell caught up to Conklin after the wreck at the intersection of Pembroke Place and Oak Park Drive, he stated that he was attempting to drive home, but his car stopped operating. Officers observed he smelled of alcohol and he performed poorly during the field sobriety tests. Officers also learned that Conklin was supposed to have an interlock device following history in North Carolina, but one was not in the vehicle. According to police, Conklin was drinking with his underage girlfriend at Revel House prior to the crash, which occurred at 1:42 a.m. on September 28.

Clarksville ‘Party God’ Decorius Simpkins charged after house party gone wrong

21-year-old self-proclaimed “Party God” Decorius Lamar Simpkins was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on December 20th after he failed to appear for a July court date, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The original charge stems from a citation issued in June, when he was 20 years old, charging him with underage possession of alcohol and marijuana. Officers encountered him at a house party that the police shut down.
