DUI: James Cosgrove drives on suspended license after using Lithium

40-year-old James Cosgrove was involved in an altercation late April 7th. When officers arrived, Cosgrove exited his car after driving to the Citgo gas station. Officers reported that Cosgrove was exhibiting multiple signs of intoxication, so they requested him to execute sobriety tests. Cosgrove consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. After the sobriety tests, Cosgrove confessed to using Lithium and having a cocktail. Once he was placed in handcuffs, law enforcement found out that his license was suspended. James Cosgrove was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.

Lamont Lockhart strangles girlfriend during altercation, violates conditions of release

29-year-old Lamont Doshay Lockhart had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Tyeisha Pace, at her Baltimore Drive apartment in the early hours of March 13th. Around 6:23 a.m., Pace alerted the authorities, advising them that she had received a call from Laverne Johnson at 5:10 a.m. Pace stated Johnson asked if her vehicle was outside because she believed Lockhart was using it. When Pace went outside to check, it was not there, but later, when she looked again, she noticed he was outside her residence. Pace stated when she was on the front porch, Lockhart approached her and put his hands around her neck. Lockhart pushed Pace down to the couch in the living room. Pace added that she had difficulty breathing during the incident. Lockhart then went upstairs and rummaged through Pace’s purse before leaving. Officers discovered he had an active COR with Pace as the protected party. The couple has a previous history of domestic assault, including an incident in February 2024. Lockhart was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault and contempt on March 25th.

DUI: Deon Mister found passed out drunk in his car at Top Dogg Liquors

28-year-old Deon Christopher Mister, an LG employee, was found passed out in the driver’s seat of his car with the engine running at Top Dogg Liquors on Wilma Rudolph late March 23rd. Officers observed this and approached the car, noticing Mister showed signs of impairment. Once Mister exited the vehicle, reeking of alcohol, officers deemed him unable to operate the vehicle. During a subsequent search, officers found a firearm and two small bottles of Jack Daniel’s Whiskey in his pockets. Then, officers discovered Mister had a prior DUI conviction in December 2023.  Mister agreed to provide a breath sample, resulting in 0.156 BAC%. Mister was taken into custody for an open container violation, driving under the influence, and possession of a weapon while under the influence on March 24th.

Matthew Thornton jailed for sending TikTok to estranged wife

23-year-old Matthew Thornton was caught trying to contact his soon-to-be ex-wife, Bayley Thornton, at Verkler Drive on March 14th. Bayley stated that she received a video message on TikTok from Matthew. She attempted to open the message, but Matthew deleted it immediately, leading her to believe he was trying to harass her. Law enforcement observed the message thread and saw a deleted message from TikTok username “CharredHilt.” During the course of the investigation, officers verified through gaming and social media accounts that “CharredHilt” belonged to Matthew. Matthew had an active COR in place, which prohibited him from contacting Bayley, so he was taken into custody and charged with contempt.

Breana Wilcox violates condition of release by drinking alcohol

26-year-old Breana Wilcox was caught violating her Condition of Release at Ernest Shelton Drive on March 6th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location to conduct a welfare check on Wilcox. After coming into contact with Wilcox, she admitted to drinking alcohol. When officers ran her name through NCIC, it was confirmed that she had COR in place, stating that she could not drink. Breana Wilcox was taken into custody and charged with contempt. Wilcox was also arrested for a domestic assault incident in December 2023.

Carson Ashby breaks windows, assaults brother during altercation

22-year-old Carson Ashby was involved in an altercation with his juvenile brother at their father’s shared residence on Indian Creek Road on February 21st. Deputies arrived at the named location regarding a caller who said they saw Ashby throwing things through the windows and fighting someone. Once deputies made contact with Ashby, he was too upset to talk at the time. However, Ashby’s brother told officers that Ashby had been drinking and was upset, so he started busting windows at the residence. Ashby’s brother tried to calm him down, but that was when he and Ashby got into an altercation. When Deputies attempted to detain Ashby, he resisted by grabbing the patrol car door and tensing up his arms. The broken windows were valued at $500. Carson Ashby was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault, resisting arrest, contempt, and vandalism.

Derek Nicholson violates release conditions after hitting girlfriend in nose during argument

24-year-old Derek Nicholson was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, Alexis Harman, at High Street on February 5th. When officers arrived at the mentioned location, Nicholson was seen running away into the woods behind the house. Harman made contact with the officers and told them that Nicholson had hit her in the nose. Harman stated this assault was during an argument regarding her phone, leaving her with bloody nostrils. A witness also confirmed that Nicholson struck her in her nose. Officers later learned Nicholson has an active COR with Harman, which he violated by assaulting her. Derek Nicholson was taken into custody and charged with contempt and aggravated assault.

Dom’Kaalel Jackson jailed after kidnapping girlfriend and infant child

23-year-old Domkaalel Jackson was involved in an altercation with his girlfriend, Erionna Kilgore, at Dotsonville Road on December 27th, 2023. Law enforcement responded to a caller reporting a suspicious person was near their home. Before arriving at the mentioned location, the suspicious person advised that she had jumped out of a vehicle with her 10-month-old child because her boyfriend said that he was going to kill her. Officers arrived and made contact with Kilgore and her child, who had scratches and marks on their elbows and knees. When asked about the injuries that she sustained, Kilgore stated that Jackson hit her several times while he was driving. When Kilgore asked Jackson to stop the car, he told her no and said that he was going to kill her. A separate officer found Jackson’s vehicle and discovered that Jackson was driving on a suspended license. The officer turned their emergency lights on and attempted to stop the car. Jackson refused to pull over, leading to a short-lived pursuit. Domkaalel Jackson was taken into custody and charged with evading arrest, kidnapping, driving under a suspended license, and aggravated domestic assault on February 7th.

Tyeisha Pace assaults boyfriend with lightbulb during argument

24-year-old Tyeisha Pace was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Lamont Lockhart, at the Baltimore Drive Townhouses on February 6th. Officers arrived and contacted Lockhart, who stated that he and Pace had an argument that got physical. Lockhart advised that Pace punched him in the face, hit him with a lightbulb, and hit him in the face with a cup containing milk. This led to Lockhart sustaining numerous injuries, including a bruised and swollen lip, a contusion/bruise behind his ear, and marks on his neck. Officers also noted that Lockhart was drenched in milk. When officers spoke with Pace, she stated there was a dispute, but it didn’t get physical. Tyeisha Pace was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

DeAngelo Richardson hides inside house after being evicted

32-year-old DeAngelo Richardson was found hiding at Chisum Court after being evicted on February 9th. Officers arrived to serve an eviction order of protection on Richardson. Law enforcement received information that Richardson’s car was still in the garage of his house. Movement was heard inside the house after knocking and ringing the doorbell multiple times. More information was provided to officers that one of Richardson’s phones had its location on and was pinged as inside the home. An officer repeatedly spoke with Richardson on the phone and advised him to answer the door, but he refused. After continuously negotiating with Richardson, the officer eventually got him to open the door. DeAngelo Richardson was taken into custody and charged with resisting arrest and contempt.

Diamond Tankard resists arrest after violating conditions of release

20-year-old Diamond Tankard was seen resisting arrest at Alexander Boulevard on February 9th. Tankard called 911 advising that her ex-boyfriend, Davone Starks, was at her residence and had left before officers arrived. The National Crime Information Center confirmed that a COR was on file for Tankard and that she was forbidden from having any contact with Starks. After verifying the COR, Tankard closed the door and refused to open it for officers. Once officers were able to open the door, an officer attempted to take Tankard into custody. Tankard then refused to place her hands behind her back when told to. After a struggle, Diamond Tankard was taken into custody and charged with charged with contempt and resisting arrest. The couple also have a previous history of domestic assault.

Chasity Jones punches boyfriend’s face multiple times during altercation

33-year-old Chasity Jones was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Lawrence McClung, at the apartment on Peacher’s Mill Road on December 27th, 2023. The dispute began with a verbal argument between Jones and McClung. The argument became heated as Jones started punching McClung in the mouth several times. The punches left multiple abrasions on McClung’s lips. McClung was then able to separate himself from her and call 911. Officers later discovered that Jones has an active COR with McClung listed as a protected party. Chasity Jones was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.

Andrew Williams flees scene of accident due to driving without license

20-year-old Andrew Sydney Heustis Williams was the at-fault driver in an accident that occurred near Wilma Rudolph and Westfield Court on January 13th. Williams fled the scene before officers arrived, but they were able to identify him. The NCIC confirmed that he had a suspended license for failure to pay fines or costs, active since August 6th, 2023. Williams was taken into custody for leaving the scene of an accident, failing to exercise due care, and driving on a revoked/suspended license on January 26th.

Marianna Key charged after pointing a gun at her boyfriend and her own head

24-year-old Marianna Key was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Joseph Copeland, at West Rossview Road on January 6th. The conflict began when Joseph heard the wrench in his motorcycle jacket hit the ground in a separate room. He walked into the bedroom to see Marianna holding his gun to her head. Joseph proceeded to jump on top of Marianna and wrestle the gun away from her, which prompted her to point the gun at him. Joseph was able to get the gun in his possession, but he left the house immediately after. The altercation left minor lacerations to Joseph’s lips.

When officers spoke to Marianna, she stated that she was in the bedroom with the door closed, and Joseph opened the door with a gun in his hand and pointed it at his head. She stated that he then sat the gun down on the bed, jumped on top of her, and grabbed her throat, causing redness in her neck and chest area. Marianna, however, told officers that she never hit Joseph. Due to the inconsistencies in Marianna’s statements and the injuries present on both, officers concluded that Marianna was the primary aggressor. Marianna Key was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.

Jacquilyne Allen charged after police find marijuana in home

22-year-old Jacquilyne Allen was jailed after police found marijuana in her Evans Road home. Police responded to the Evans Road residence for a domestic violence call. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Jacquilyne Allen and Gacoby Nightingale. Both alleged that a physical assault occurred. However, officers could not determine a primary aggressor due to the pair’s conflicting stories. Nightingale alleged that Allen had punched and kicked him. Allen, however, alleged that Nightingale had thrown her down the back door stairs. Allen had bruises on her legs, and Nightingale had no injuries. While on the scene, officers noticed a bag of marijuana sitting on a table near the couch. Other officers noticed a glass bowl and a rolling tray in the living room. Allen was heard asking Nightingale if he would take responsibility for “the weed.” Neither Allen nor Nightingale claimed the drugs or paraphernalia. Because of this and the conflicting stories, officers placed both Allen and Nightingale in custody. The pair also has a prior history of domestic assault. Jacquilyne Allen was charged with contempt, aggravated assault, simple possession, and drug paraphernalia.

Ja’Tavious Starnes shoves baby-mama off porch during argument

23-year-old Ja’Tavious Starnes was jailed after assaulting the mother of his child, Diamond Tankard, at her Alexander Road residence on December 29th. Officers observed surveillance video of the incident occurring. The footage shows Starnes and Tankard arriving at Tankard’s home and walking to the front door. Within minutes of arriving at the front door, Starnes and Tankard can be heard arguing. Officers then observed Starnes forcefully grabbing Tankard’s phone and shoving her off the porch into the nearby bushes. A check through NCIC showed that Starnes has active conditions of release in Montgomery County, with Tankard being the protected party. Ja’Tavious Starnes was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault, contempt, out-of-county warrants, and fugitive hold.

Tawon Shaw jailed after forcefully pulling down his girlfriend’s undergarments

25-year-old Tawon Shaw was jailed on December 26th after forcefully pulling down his girlfriend’s undergarments. Police responded to Eagles Nest Lane in response to a violation of Shaw’s conditions of release. Princess Raine advised that she watched her boyfriend of two years pull into her driveway and enter her home with a key he had. She ran upstairs to the bathroom, where he approached her and pulled her sweatpants and undergarments down, exposing her private areas. He continued to pull her pants down, and she believed it was to check if she had been sexually active before his arrival. A search through NCIC showed an active COR, and a warrant for sexual battery was petitioned for. The couple has a previous history of domestic assault as well. Tawon Shaw was taken into custody and charged with three counts of contempt, two counts of aggravated assault, sexual battery, and false imprisonment.

Alex contacting Giovanna violated his conditions of release for the prior domestic assault incident. Alex Gonzalez was taken into custody and charged with contempt on December 5th.
