26-year-old Breana Wilcox was caught violating her Condition of Release at Ernest Shelton Drive on March 6th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location to conduct a welfare check on Wilcox. After coming into contact with Wilcox, she admitted to drinking alcohol. When officers ran her name through NCIC, it was confirmed that she had COR in place, stating that she could not drink. Breana Wilcox was taken into custody and charged with contempt. Wilcox was also arrested for a domestic assault incident in December 2023.
Breana Maydoll Wilcox of Whirlaway Circle in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 6th, charged with contempt. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
