18-year-old Javian Harlan was caught shoplifting at Dillard’s at the Governor’s Square Mall on March 17th. Harlan and several others were seen on surveillance cameras leaving the store without paying for various items. The total value of the merchandise in Harlan’s possession was $173.50. During a search, two vapes were found on his person. Javian Harlan was taken into custody and charged with shoplifting and purchasing tobacco as a minor.
Javian Martez Harlan of Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 17th, charged with shoplifting and minor tobacco purchase. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $4,000.
