27-year-old Toddarius Polk was involved in a domestic altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Lanaktica Smith, at the Turtle Creek Townhomes on March 17th. Smith contacted law enforcement and exclaimed that Polk was trying to fight her. Smith provided law enforcement with pictures of her injuries, such as a scratch on her arm. While Smith was on the phone, Polk was seen walking barefoot along 101st Airborne Division Parkway. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Polk. Toddarius Polk was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and public intoxication.
Toddarius Montavius Polk of Calvin Drive in Hopkinsville, KY, was booked into Montgomery County Jail on March 17th, charged with domestic assault and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,250.
