21-year-old Levi Krshul was seen sleeping in the back seat of his car at the Interstate 24 ramp on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on March 16th. Officers observed a handgun sitting on Krshul’s lap. After getting Krshul out of the car, officers noticed the pungent odor of alcohol coming from his person. The firearm that was sitting on Krshul’s lap was found with a round in the chamber. Officers deemed Levi Krshul a danger to himself, so he was taken into custody and charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence and public intoxication.
Levi Timothy Krshul of Fort Campbell in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 16th, charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000.
