34-year-old Ray Franco was found asleep at the wheel at the intersection of Lafayette Road and Kirby Drive on February 24th. Officers knocked on the driver’s side window, startling Franco, who seemed spatially disoriented. Once Franco stepped out of the vehicle, he exhibited clear signs of intoxication and had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Franco consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. After being informed about implied consent, Franco agreed to provide a blood sample. Ray Franco was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence on February 24th.
