36-year-old Rebecca Davis was seen stealing from the Walmart on Madison Street on January 20th. Once Davis was in the store, she was seen taking merchandise to the self-checkout. Davis proceeded to swap the labels on the items she paid for with a lower-priced label. The total loss the store acquired was $24.98. Rebecca Davis was later taken into custody and charged with shoplifting on March 27th.
