24-year-old Starr Kathleen Bryant is charged with domestic assault after police responded to Tiny Town Road, where they made contact with her husband, Jason Wisley, who explained his wife punched him in the face twice as he attempted to walk away from an argument and she attempted to block his movements.
Police observed Bryant to be “highly intoxicated” as they attempted to speak with her. She denied any physical altercation took place. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody. Starr Kathleen Byant was charged with domestic assault and released after posting a $500 cash bond.
