32-year-old Luisa Maria Carrillo is charged with harassment after Erica L. Anderson says she advised Ms. Carrillo to stop contacting her, but the calls and texts continued, including calls to Ms. Anderson’s place of employment.
The warrant was signed on January 5th, and Luisa Carrillo was taken into custody on January 9th. She is charged with misdemeanor harassment and is free on a $250 cash bond.
