22-year-old Angel Peña was jailed on August 20th after flipping his vehicle on Tobacco Road and then running to his house on Sturdivant Drive. When police showed up at Peña’s house explaining that they found multiple empty containers of alcohol in his vehicle, he wasn’t making much sense but managed to admit that the accident occurred because he had been drinking Vodka and also had some beers. Peña struggled to walk to the patrol vehicle on his own, where he was then transported to Tennova ER to be medically cleared for booking.
Angel Edward Pena of Sturdivant Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 20th, charged with DUI. She is free on a $2,500 bond.
