33-year-old Jarvin Jackson was jailed on August 20th after police heard a car horn honking in the back of the troubled Electric Cowboy parking lot while patrolling the area. They found Jackson passed out in the driver’s seat with his head hung, pressing the car horn. He had vomited on himself and appeared to have urinated on himself as well. When police woke him, he slurred words about his wife being on her way, but the number he dialed went straight to voicemail. For his safety, he was placed into custody and transported to Montgomery County jail.
Jarvin Lamar Jackson of Appleton Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 20th, charged with public intoxication. a judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
