40-year-old Chadd Hembree was jailed on September 5th after stealing from his neighbor. The victim stated that she had numerous items stolen from her property. She showed police a photo that was taken by a trail cam. The picture showed Hembree on a ladder looking into her residence. When police spoke with Hembree, they saw a spray-painted tiller beside his trailer. He admitted that he was the one who stole it from the shed in his neighbor’s backyard. The value of the tiller was $150.
Chadd Thomas Hembree of Indian Mound Road in Indian Mound, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on September 5th, charged with theft of property and criminal trespass. He is free on a $3,000 bond.
