23-year-old Austin Sweet was jailed on September 28th after an officer observed him swerving on Wilma Rudolph in his black Dodge Charger. Once pulled over, he told police that he had four drinks at the bar before driving. Police allege that Sweet smelled of alcohol, was unsteady, and had glossy eyes. He consented to sobriety tests but performed poorly and was taken into custody.
Austin Christopher Sweet of Ashland City Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on September 28th, charged with DUI 1st. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
