25-year-old Cesar Mendoza-Aguilar was seen drunk in a Jack-in-the-Box drive-thru on Dover Crossing Road in the early morning of December 20th. The caller advised law enforcement that Mendoza-Aguilar was intoxicated and acting hostile towards them. While officers arrived, Mendoza-Aguilar left in a blue Nissan and turned north toward Fort Campbell Boulevard. Officers saw the vehicle, followed it, and conducted a traffic stop. When officers came into contact with Mendoza-Aguilar, they observed that he was inebriated. He was very aggressive and refused to leave his vehicle but later complied.
