24-year-old Daniel Rebollar-Arroyo was involved in a hit and run at Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on November 11th, 2023. Arroyo left the scene after providing Ava Teasley with a picture of his driver’s license and insurance. After officers checked the insurance, they found it belonged to a 1994 Chevy Truck. Officers also learned that Arroyo failed to include a working phone number. Daniel Rebollar-Arroyo was taken into custody and charged with leaving the scene on February 14th.
