44-year-old Jennifer Grubb and her son, Blake Grubb, were seen assaulting her husband, Aaron Grubb, at the Tennessee Welcome Center on I-24 on April 11th. Aaron left the scene before law enforcement arrived but was later interviewed about the incident. Aaron stated that he was at the welcome center venting to a coworker in his car. Aaron noted this is when Jennifer came from behind and started knocking on the window. According to Aaron, he exited the vehicle’s backseat and entered the driver’s seat. Blake and Jennifer then attempted to pull him out of the car. Aaron explained to law enforcement that this placed him in fear. Jessica Grubb was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on April 12th.
