31-year-old Jessica Johns was seen in a dark-colored Jeep swerving on Dover Road early February 2nd. An officer shortly conducted a traffic stop and observed that Johns was visibly intoxicated. Johns admitted to drinking and approved taking some field sobriety tests. Johns then performed poorly on sobriety tests. Jessica Johns was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and improper lane use.
