Officers say they have identified Dyandria “Shonta Black” Sealey as the person who used the OfferUp app to scam Lelia Burke on the sale of a Playstation before Christmas. They say Sealey accepted $499 via CashApp but never showed up to deliver the Playstion, and never had any intention of doing so. After receiving account data back from both OfferUp and Cashapp, it was determined both accounts belonged to her, with her confirmed phone number and email address, and personal identifying information for the banking portions.
