Marcus Tincher, who shares a joint Facebook account with his 28-year-old wife, Melanie Tincher, told deputies she had assaulted him and was attempting to leave the residence and drive while being intoxicated. He explained the couple had been in an argument about her drinking and hiding it from him. During the argument, she reportedly charged at him and punched him in the ribs, and then punched his face.
Melanie Dawn Tincher was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 8th, charged with domestic assault. She posted a $1,000 cash bond and was released to her 432 Todd Phillips Trail address in Clarksville.
