45-year-old Daniel Richmond was jailed on April 1st after punching his girlfriend in the head in a Wendy’s drive-thru on Cunningham Lane. Shanie Madrid told police that Richmond got irritated in the drive-thru and asked her to leave, but she refused, so he punched her in the side of her head six times. Police saw Madrid with redness on her head where she was punched. After the incident, Richmond fled the scene, but police located him on Freestone Drive. Richmond told police that Madrid kicked him in the car, and that’s why he punched her. Richmond was determined to be the primary aggressor and placed into custody.
Daniel B. Richmond of Cherry Tree Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 1st, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
