32-year-old Stephan Finnicum was booked last week for assaulting his girlfriend, Destinee Weldon, and her sister Trinity Boyd on Forest Hills Drive. Finnicum denied any assault and claimed that there was only an argument, but Weldon told police that he shoved her sister against a door during the argument. When Weldon got between them to separate them, he also shoved her. Boyd corroborated Weldon’s story, and Finnicum was taken into custody.
Stephan Joshua Finnicum of Forest Hills Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 14th, charged with two counts of domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
