21-year-old Daequan Walton was observed doing 84 MPH and weaving through traffic on Providence Blvd. on July 17th by MCSO Deputy Ryherd. Deputy Ryherd conducted a traffic stop and spoke to Daequan, who admitted to drinking a six-pack. Another officer took over and evaluated Daequan’s sobriety test; he performed poorly and agreed to take a breathalyzer test. His BAC was 0.194 at that time.
Daequan Piry Walton of McGraw St in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 16th, charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, and speeding. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,500.
