38-year-old Jeffrey Cummins was jailed on July 13th after officers found him lying unconscious on Riverside Drive. After a few sternum rubs, Cummins woke up. He had slurred speech, bloodshot watery eyes, and smelled strongly of alcohol. Police determined him to be a danger to himself as he had no idea where he was, and he was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Jeffrey Scott Cummins of Ginny Lane in Wiccopee, NY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 13th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
