49-year-old Lina Montoya-Castano was booked on July 2nd when police pulled her over on Providence Boulevard after watching her swerve into the left turning lane. While speaking with Montoya, police could smell alcohol coming from her. They also noticed her red, watery eyes and asked her if she had been drinking. Montoya admitted to drinking and agreed to participate in field sobriety tests. She performed poorly on all tests but blew a .000% BAC on a breathalyzer, at which point the officer ordered a blood draw at Sango ER due to her admission to drinking.
Lina Maria Montoya-Castano of Marion St in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 2nd, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,500.
