19-year-old Laura Clayton was jailed on July 30th after an argument with her ex-boyfriend turned physical on Greenwood Avenue. She told police the argument started after reading messages on his mother’s phone. According to Ms. Clayton, her ex-boyfriend Temari Mcclay got very close to her face during the argument, so she shoved him away. Mr. Mcclay said Clayton slapped him in the face, and he pushed her onto the bed. Due to the statements made by both parties, Clayton was determined to be the primary aggressor.
Laura Elizabeth Francis Nicole Clayton of Hubert Drive in Dickson, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 30th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
