47-year-old Manuel Toro-Irizarry was jailed on July 29th when police responded to a multiple-vehicle crash on Ashland City Road and observed him attempting to leave the scene of the accident. Police could smell alcohol coming from his body and noticed his slurred speech. Mr. Toro attempted to perform sobriety tests but was unable to follow directions and was taken into custody.
Manuel Toro-Irizarry of Garden Grove Ln in El Paso, TX, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 29th, charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, and no license. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000.
