31-year-old Brittany Hines was jailed on August 29 for assaulting her ex-boyfriend after a disagreement. Police responded to Ross Lane and spoke with Marcus Girdley, who stated that he and Hines got into an argument that turned physical when she started scratching and assaulting him. Police observed multiple injuries on Mr. Girdley, including scratches and cuts to his face and neck and a huge bruise on his stomach. When police questioned Ms. Hines, she claimed that Mr. Girdley slapped her, but there was no evidence of injury, and she was determined to be the primary aggressor.
Brittany Lucille Hines of Ross Lane in TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 29th, charged with domestic assault. She is free on a $1,500 bond.
