27-year-old Curtis Patel was booked on August 26th after police responded to Oakmont Drive in response to a domestic assault. Patel told police that he and his roommate, Misty Johnson, had gotten into an argument that resulted in Ms. Johnson pushing him out of the house. Ms. Johnson stated that Patel got upset and started yelling in her face, then grabbed her wrist to try and pull off a ring he had given her. Ms. Johnson said she was afraid Patel would hurt her, so she pushed him away from her and out the door. Patel was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Curtis Bhavesh Patel of Oakmont Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 25th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
