50-year-old Sonny Loggins was jailed on August 31st after reportedly assaulting his girlfriend on Fort Cambell Boulevard. Melissa Moyers-Russell reported that she and Loggins were arguing about a pending breakup when he lunged across the room and grabbed Ms. Russell by the collar of her shirt. She had bruising and swelling to her face and head but wouldn’t elaborate on how she got them. Loggins admitted to initiating physical contact during their argument and was taken into custody.
Sonny Wayne Loggins was booked into Clarksville Montgomery County Jail on August 31st, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
