34-year-old Harry Clark was booked into the Montgomery County jail on October 17th after being indicted by the Grand Jury for fourteen counts of statutory rape of a 16-year-old between September 17th, 2022, and December 9th, 2022. This also includes three counts of solicitation and sexual exploitation of a minor when he forced another 15-year-old to watch sexual activity between December 22, 2022, and February 17, 2023.
His wife, 32-year-old Samantha Clark, was indicted on six counts for knowingly facilitating these heinous offenses between November 5th, 2022, and December 3rd, 2022.
Harry James Clark of Hwy 41 A South in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 17th, charged with fourteen counts of statutory rape and three counts of sexual solicitation of a minor. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $150,000.
Samantha Renee Clark of Excell Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 17th, charged with statutory rape. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $45,000.
