21-year-old Jalen Smith and Noemi Rodriguez-Smith, his wife, were arguing about a phone before things turned physical on the night of October 3rd. Officers were dispatched to Barry Dr. regarding a domestic dispute and spoke with his wife, Noemi Rodriguez-Smith, who told officers that after an argument ensued, Smith became angry and pushed her to the ground. Officers observed minor injuries on Smith’s wife that she says were from the push. Smith was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Jalen Ryan Smith of Barry Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 4th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
