28-year-old Rafael Ernesto Padilla-Albina was driving on Alfred Thun Road with expired tags on November 28th. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and asked Padilla-Albina for his driving credentials, but he only handed them his Kentucky ID, which came back as suspended for failing to answer a court summons in November 2021. A search of his vehicle yielded a small marijuana blunt, a Taurus 22mm handgun, a scale, a Ziplock bag containing smaller baggies, and three small jars containing marijuana. Padilla-Albina was taken into custody for simple possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia, not having a driver’s license, not having proof of insurance, and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Samuel Lampkins III drunkenly wanders in stranger’s backyard, says he’s looking for “someone”
30-year-old Samuel King Lampkins wanders into stranger’s backyard, says he’s looking for “someone” on Alexander Boulevard on November 28th. A resident on Alexander Boulevard called the authorities regarding Lampkins being in their backyard. Officers arrived and located Lampkins in front of another residence, and he advised them that he had been drinking and consuming some marijuana. Lampkins was unaware of his whereabouts and was deemed a danger to himself. He was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Laurel Montoya punches husband in face, husband tells police “he wants to go back to sleep”
51-year-old Laurel Renee Montoya had a domestic scuffle with her boyfriend, Matthew Langford, at Morrison Drive in the early hours of November 26th. Montoya spoke with officers and advised that she had gone through Langford’s cell phone and saw messages that she did not like, went to their bedroom, grabbed him by his hand and foot, and attempted to drag him out of the bed while telling him to leave the residence. Then, she said he grabbed her by the neck, so she punched him in the lips. Officers attempted to speak with Langford, but he was uncooperative, insisting he “wanted to go back to sleep.” Montoya was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Alayah Robinson scratches ex-boyfriends neck during dispute
23-year-old Alayah Devine Robinson was involved in a domestic dispute with her ex-boyfriend, Brandon Patton, at Oak Arbor Court on November 25th. Patton advised officers that Robinson came to his residence to drop off their daughter and began to bang on the door, screaming and getting aggressive as he opened the door. They were having a verbal argument when Robinson scratched Patton’s neck, causing him to push her by her throat in self-defense. Robinson was deemed as the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Samantha Brundage rips roommate’s shirt during argument
28-year-old Samantha Brundage was involved in a domestic altercation with her roommate, Jonathan Nicol, at Holly Rock Drive in the early hours of November 25th. Officers arrived and asked Nicol about his ripped shirt, and he advised that he had been in an argument with Brundage that escalated when she grabbed and pushed him, ripping his shirt in the process. Brundage admitted to pushing and ripping his shirt. She was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Diara Mickens scratches, punches brother during argument
26-year-old Diara Kaurice Mickens was involved in a domestic disturbance with her brother, Clifford Mickens, on Cobalt Drive in the early hours of November 23rd. Officers responded to reports regarding a suspicious person on I-24 westbound, arrived, and spoke with Clifford, who advised that he verbally argued with his sister. Then, he stated that she pushed him, causing him to fall over, so he attempted to leave. However, Clifford returned to retrieve his belongings. This is when she scratched and punched his face. Clifford stated he bit her in self-defense while she attacked him. He told officers he had been looking for a place to stay since the incident. Officers observed Clifford having physical signs of assault. Diara Mickens was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Diamond Tankard drags boyfriend out of Lyft during dispute
20-year-old Diamond Lanae Tankard was involved in a domestic dispute with her boyfriend, Davone Starks, in the backseat of a Lyft at Alexander Boulevard on November 23rd. Tankard advised officers that she went out to the Lyft so Starks could not leave with her things. Tankard mentioned shoving and pushing between the two, but she was vague with the information. Starks stated he packed up his belongings and began loading them into the Lyft that Tankard called for him when she tried to prevent him from leaving, attempting to pull him from the vehicle. Tankard repeatedly kept opening the door, saying that he could not leave. The Lyft driver told officers that he arrived to pick up Starks, and when Starks began to load his belongings, Tankard ran out, grabbed a backpack, and ran back inside before coming back outside, yelling at him, pulling his hair, and hitting him to prevent him from leaving. Officers observed minor injuries that Starks sustained. Tankard was taken into custody for domestic assault.
DUI: Alysha Lewis found unresponsive in McDonald’s drive thru
31-year-old Alysha Lynnette Lewis was unresponsive in the McDonald’s drive-thru lane, holding it up as customers honked their horns at her in the early hours of November 23rd. Officers observed her in a white SUV as she stared at him with a “dumbfounded” look, with her eyes struggling to stay open. She rolled down the window when officers asked her to and began to slur her words as she responded to them. Officers had her find a parking spot, step out of the vehicle, and noticed that she was visibly intoxicated. Lewis did not consent to sobriety tests, began speaking incoherently, asking if the officers could find someone who spoke English even though the ones that were present spoke English, and was read implied consent. She was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
DUI: Arpita Sarkar drives into ditch, hits light pole
29-year-old Arpita Sarkar drove into a ditch and struck a light pole at Orleans Drive on November 22nd. Officers approached the driver’s side and observed Sarkar to be visibly intoxicated. She consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and was read implied consent. Officers secured a search warrant for a blood sample and placed her into custody for driving under the influence, implied consent, and driver’s failure to exercise due care.
DUI: Kaylan Caudle swerves, speeds down highway in Dodge Charger
28-year-old Kaylan Cidron Caudle, an employee of Hankook, was speeding and swerving in his Dodge Charger on Highway 374 on November 22nd. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and noticed Caudle was visibly intoxicated. Caudle was administered sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample, resulting in 0.092 BAC%. He was unable to provide proof of valid insurance and was taken into custody for reckless driving, driving under the influence, and failing to provide proof of insurance.
Taylor Greenwell caught with stolen vehicle
19-year-old Taylor Renee Greenwell was stopped out in Logan County, KY, in sole possession of Jaden Wilson’s stolen Honda Civic on the afternoon of November 16th. Wilson talked to officers and advised them he parked his car in his driveway at Crabapple Court on the night of November 15th. Still, when he woke up, it was missing, so they entered it into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as stolen. The NCIC advised officers that the vehicle was found when Greenwell had been arrested regarding an outstanding warrant. A warrant was issued for Greenwell, and she was taken into custody for the theft of a motor vehicle on November 21st.
Darius Moore jailed after attacking his ex-girlfriend at a motel on Wilma Rudolph
33-year-old Darius Lavonte Moore was involved in a domestic disturbance with his ex-girlfriend, Sharon Priess, at a motel on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard in the early hours of October 5th. Priess spoke with officers as they arrived and advised them that she was walking towards her friend’s motel room when Moore attacked her, causing a bloody nose and busted lip. Moore fled the scene in a gold Chevrolet Tahoe before officers arrived, but he was served a warrant and arrested for domestic assault on November 21st.
Amayrani Hughes jailed after drunk driving on Dunlop Lane
31-year-old Amayrani Estefania Hughes, employee at Boba Shop, was involved in a single-car accident on Dunlop Lane in the night hours of November 20th. Officers arrived and observed Hughes to be visibly intoxicated, and he admitted to consuming alcohol but was unaware of how much. Hughes refused to perform sobriety tests or provide a blood sample, so officers had to execute a search warrant.
LeAnn Jean Bennett jailed for splitting her boyfriend’s lip
26-year-old LeAnn Jean Bennett was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Terrell Simmons, at Cory Drive on November 15th. Simmons advised officers as they arrived that Bennett was drinking and struck him three times in the face, splitting his lip. Bennett was not present but was later taken into custody for domestic assault on November 20th.
Trevor Raines dumps large amount of trash on private property
25-year-old Trevor Raines was with Nellie Greenhill on March 29th when they dumped a large amount of trash out at the end of Paradise Hill Rd. The garbage, which included furniture, a dishwasher, and miscellaneous debris, was left at the edge of the road, and they never returned to pick it up. Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency issued Raines a citation on April 20th. Raines failed to appear in court and was taken into custody for aggravated littering on November 15th.
Tammera Lee drunkenly assaults woman, breaks into her apartment
44-year-old Tammera Megan Lee was seen on Lora Smith’s ring camera at 325 Farrow Circle taking her Halloween decorations on October 15th. The decorations are valued at $70.00, and Lee was taken into custody for theft on November 3rd.
On November 7th, in an unrelated incident, Lee called the police, alleging that child neglect was occurring at Michelle Bolding’s residence on Farrow Circle. Officers arrived and noticed Lee was visibly intoxicated with an open wine bottle nearby. They investigated the claims and were not able to find anything suggesting child neglect. After the officers left, Bolding called 911, stating that Lee just assaulted her inside of her home. When officers arrived and spoke with Bolding, Lee was not present, but she walked back to the scene, slightly out of view, before advising that she walked to the residence shortly after the authorities departed. Then, Lee stated that Bolding and her child came outside and assaulted her in the driveway. Lee was very frantic, with visible injuries, ignoring the officer’s questions, and refused to comment when they asked why she came back to the residence after being assaulted. Bolding stated that after the officers left, Lee knocked on her door and refused to leave or shut the door when she told her to. Then, Lee pounded on the door, so Bolding opened it to address her, but she threw the wreath off the front door into the apartment, forcing her way in, and began attacking her. Lee reportedly threw her phone at Bolding before she pushed her out of her apartment. Then, Lee grabbed her shirt, pulled her out of the door, and punched her in the face. Bolding said that this was when her son came out to assist her, shoving Lee out of the way before closing the door. Lee was taken into custody for aggravated burglary and public intoxication.
Melinda Reynolds punches girlfriend in the ribs
34-year-old Melinda Lane Reynolds was involved in a domestic dispute with her girlfriend, Linda Baily, at Hogue Rd. on November 4th. Baily talked to officers over the phone on November 8th after she went to Tristar Natchez ER to treat injuries she sustained during the incident. She advised them that Reynolds punched her in the ribs, causing them to bruise. Reynolds was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Justin Barkey caught with marijuana in vehicle, blames girlfriend
22-year-old Justin Richard Barkey was stopped by police for a headlamp infraction on October 26th. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and noticed a strong odor of marijuana as they approached the driver’s side door. Barkey stated his girlfriend had been smoking marijuana, and the smell was on his clothes because of it. There was probable cause to search his vehicle, and officers located 14 grams of marijuana, a digital scale, cigarillos, 13 Vicodin pills, and a Glock 21 pistol. Officers later found that Barkey’s license was also suspended/revoked. Barkey was taken into custody for unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended/revoked license, simple possession, schedule VI drug violations, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
Gerald Norris Jr drunkenly causes car accident
46-year-old Gerald Ray Norris Jr. was involved in a car accident on Dunlop Lane in the early hours of October 26th. Officers observed Norris to be visibly intoxicated when they arrived. Norris consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Norris was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Kayla Bell assaults sister, rips her wig off during dispute
18-year-old Kayla Ann Bell was involved in a domestic dispute with her sister, Hailey Bell, at Cindy Jo Dr. S. on October 29th. Kayla told officers she had seen Hailey get out of a vehicle before running up, punching her, and ripping her wig off. Hailey confirmed Kayla’s statements but did not have any injuries. Kayla was taken into custody for domestic assault.
