39-year-old Lamont Walter Shepard had a domestic altercation with his wife, Amy Shepard, at their Bluebonnet Drive residence around 5:11 p.m. on April 16th. She called 911, stating her husband, Lamont, was chasing and shoving her throughout their home, trying to take her phone and car keys. When officers arrived, they spoke with Amy, and she advised them she told him that she wanted a divorce. Lamont became upset and demanded her cell phone and vehicle keys before yanking her purse, causing her to fall. Amy said he continued chasing her until police arrived. Lamont told officers he was angry after learning about her requesting a divorce. Because of this, Lamont stated he wanted her phone and car keys. Shepard was deemed the primary aggressor and then was taken into custody for domestic assault on April 17th.

Paul Winters II throws furniture onto front lawn during argument

61-year-old Paul Carlton Winters II had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Sonja Angel, at their Greenwood Avenue residence around 6:55 p.m. on April 17th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Angel, who stated she and Winters II argued. Angel stated the argument escalated when Winters II started throwing furniture onto the front lawn. Then, she said he grabbed the rocking chair while she sat in it and lifted it into the air, causing her to fear bodily injury. Winters II was deemed the primary aggressor and then was taken into custody for domestic assault.

DUI: Joel Magnuson crashes motorcycle near Tiny Town Road after having 1 beer

37-year-old Joel Lee Magnuson, a Slicks Bar and Grill employee, had a motorcycle accident near Tiny Town Road and Cainlo Drive in the early hours of April 15th. Upon arrival, officers observed him trying to pick up his damaged bike and approached him. Officers noticed Magnuson reeked of alcohol and had difficulty standing up. Magnuson told them he had one shot and one beer before driving toward his Cainlo Residence and crashing. He could not take sobriety tests because of a medical issue with his legs. Then, Magnuson was detained and read implied consent, where he refused to provide a blood sample. This prompted officers to obtain a search warrant for a blood draw. Per NCIC, Magnuson had two prior DUIs on May 2008 and January 2013. Magnuson was taken into custody for driving under the influence and an implied consent violation.

Quaimane Martin lies to police about his identity, caught with Fentanyl pill

34-year-old Quaimane Dimitri Martin was involved in a domestic dispute at his Ziva Lan apartment around 9:53 p.m. on April 14th. When officers arrived, they met with Martin and asked for his name and date of birth, to which he replied, “Quaimane Davis,” adding that his birthdate was June 1st, 1989. After they could not find a match in the NCIC, they asked him again, and he stated his last name was Martin. Then, they discovered a match on file for “Quaimane Martin,” with a date of birth of June 20th, 1989. Officers also found an active warrant for speeding and driving on a suspended license. After they detained Martin, officers searched him and located a small pill inside a pack of cigarettes, which tested positive for fentanyl. Martin was taken into custody for simple possession and criminal impersonation on April 15th.

Rose Massie drunkenly assaults woman, tells police she doesn’t know where she is

65-year-old Rose Marie Massie had a scuffle with Renne Dotson on April 13th. Officers arrived and spoke with Dotson, who advised them that Massie approached and hit her in the face, leaving visible redness. While officers were talking with Dotson, they noticed Massie reeked of alcohol. Massie then admitted to drinking and was unaware of her location. Massie was deemed a danger to herself and others and was taken into custody for assault and public intoxication.

Robert Johnson assaults girlfriend after damaging her property during altercation

45-year-old Robert Daniel Johnson had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Sarah Meeks, at her Acorn Drive residence on August 29th, 2023. When the officers arrived, they spoke with Meeks, who stated Johnson had entered her house and started damaging her property. As Johnson did this, she confronted him. Meeks said he responded by retrieving a knife from the kitchen and chasing her outside. Officers noticed a clear sign of struggle inside the residence, including a broken mirror in the bedroom. Officers also noticed contents from the kitchen drawer scattered across the floor.

Then, officers approached Johnson, who they found standing in front of his parked vehicle on the road. Officers as questioned Johnson about the knife, he grabbed it from the driver’s side door compartment for them. Johnson was deemed the primary aggressor. Then, a warrant was issued for his arrest on August 31st, 2023. On April 12th, 2024, he was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and two counts of contempt.

49-year-old Katheryn Sanrozia Johnson-Gamble had a domestic altercation with her boyfriend and roommate, Julius Bailey, at their New South Drive apartment on April 12th. Upon arrival, officers were advised that Johnson-Gamble was upset that Bailey had been out earlier that night and would not respond to her texts or calls. Then, Bailey laid down in bed, but she wanted him to go to sleep on the couch. While he was lying on the bed, she grabbed a cup of water and poured it on him. Johnson-Gamble was deemed the primary aggressor and then was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Shantel Mitchell assaults girlfriend with her daughter during argument

37-year-old Shantel Tiffany Laura Mitchell had a domestic incident with her girlfriend, Daysjah Terry, at her Oakmont Drive residence in the early morning hours of April 11th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Terry, who stated she argued with Mitchell. During the argument, Mitchell threw random objects at her and pushed her onto the bed, holding her down. After this, Terry said Mitchell grabbed her hair and started hitting her. Terry added that Mitchell’s daughter joined in and began to hit her also. Officers observed visible marks on Terry’s face and neck as they deemed Mitchell the primary aggressor. Mitchell was then taken into custody for domestic assault.

Shawn Peveler unable to stand after found drunk in restroom at F&M Bank Arena

30-year-old Shawn Nicholas Peveler was being disorderly at the F&M Bank Arena in downtown Clarksville around 9:35 p.m. on April 11th. Staff members at the establishment alerted the authorities, advising them that multiple patrons complained about Peveler’s behavior. When the officers arrived, they located him inside the restroom. During their interaction, he showed numerous signs of impairment and could not stand up independently. He was given several chances to get a ride home but could not. Peveler was taken into custody for public intoxication.

De’Artis Sykes caught with stolen AR-style firearm, 26 grams of marijuana during search

20-year-old De’Artis Markel Tyrin Sykes was taken into custody for the unlawful carrying of a weapon, theft of property, simple possession, and unlawful drug paraphernalia on April 9th. At around 10:12 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at Sykes’s Timberlake Drive apartment. Officers did so after previously conducting surveillance, where Sykes would exit his unit with an AR-style firearm and enter his white 2004 Acura before leaving the area. When he returned, they searched his apartment and discovered the mentioned firearm was reported stolen via NCIC on December 31st, 2023. Sykes’ criminal history shows a felony guilty plea from 2023. Additionally, officers located a teal backpack with a scale and 26 grams of marijuana in the living room. Sykes was then detained for the incident.

Lamont Lockhart strangles girlfriend during altercation, violates conditions of release

29-year-old Lamont Doshay Lockhart had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Tyeisha Pace, at her Baltimore Drive apartment in the early hours of March 13th. Around 6:23 a.m., Pace alerted the authorities, advising them that she had received a call from Laverne Johnson at 5:10 a.m. Pace stated Johnson asked if her vehicle was outside because she believed Lockhart was using it. When Pace went outside to check, it was not there, but later, when she looked again, she noticed he was outside her residence. Pace stated when she was on the front porch, Lockhart approached her and put his hands around her neck. Lockhart pushed Pace down to the couch in the living room. Pace added that she had difficulty breathing during the incident. Lockhart then went upstairs and rummaged through Pace’s purse before leaving. Officers discovered he had an active COR with Pace as the protected party. The couple has a previous history of domestic assault, including an incident in February 2024. Lockhart was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault and contempt on March 25th.

DUI: Soldier Randy Barahona blows .338% BAC after drinking two beers at Tippers Neighborhood Pub

28-year-old Randy Arnulfo Barahona of the US Army pulled his white Lexus over to the shoulder lane behind a patrol car attending to an unrelated traffic stop near Needmore Road and Tiny Town Road in the early hours of March 25th. Officers approached the Lexus and noticed he was visibly intoxicated, reeking of alcohol. Barahona admitted to having “two beers” at Tippers Neighborhood Pub. Barahona then consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Barahona agreed to provide a breath sample, which resulted in a .338% BAC. Since he blew over .250% BAC, they transported him to Tennova for medical clearance. Then, Barahona was taken into custody for driving under the influence on March 25th.

Jarone Thomas spits on wife during altercation, violates conditions of release

37-year-old Jarone Ramone Thomas, an employee of Hankook Tires, had a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Tatyana Redeemer, at their Denver Court residence on March 23rd. When the officers arrived, they spoke with Thomas, who admitted to spitting on Redeemer during an argument. Redeemer then corroborated Thomas’ statement, adding she pulled his hair in self-defense and called 911, fearful for her safety. Thomas was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.

After Thomas posted his bond, he was given conditions for his release, which he violated on March 31st. Officers observed him driving a black Chevy Cruz with a broken passenger taillight and a white light facing the rear. This prompted officers to conduct a traffic stop near Riverwalk 803 on North 2nd Street. Officers approached the Chevy and discovered Thomas was driving. Then, officers discovered Redeemer, the vehicle owner, sitting in the passenger seat, who was the protected party of Thomas’ active C.O.R. Thomas was then taken into custody for contempt.

55-year-old Liandra Monique Reeves stole from the Walmart on Madison Street on March 10th. Reeves entered the store, grabbed a Shark Mop, brought it to the customer service desk, and performed a fraudulent refund. Reeves was given a gift card worth $54.82 and left the location without rendering payment for merchandise. A warrant was issued for her arrest on March 18th. On March 24th, Reeves was taken into custody for theft.

Jaclyn Wolski hits child repeatedly, leaves him on street after altercation

36-year-old Jaclyn Amber Wolski, an employee at Freedom Plasma, had a domestic incident with her 15-year-old son, D.W., near the intersection of Melbourne Drive and Larkspur Drive around 4:01 a.m. on March 24th. Upon arrival, detectives spoke with DW, who stated his mother was driving when she woke him up, demanding directions on the GPS from his phone. He added that Wolski was very intoxicated. When DW asked her why she needed directions, she became irate. Wolski then parked on the sidewalk, exited the car, and opened the passenger’s side door. Wolski proceeded to slap DW, knocking off his glasses and headphones. After this, he said she poured a bottle of water on him, jumped on him, and started striking him repeatedly. DW told officers he tried to shove Wolski off but was unsuccessful. DW stated after he hit her once in self-defense, she got in the car and drove away, leaving him on the scene. Other units tried to reach Wolski at her Donna Drive residence, but she refused to speak with them. Wolski told officers, “Nothing happened tonight,” and that she had been home all night. DW pointed out the bottle she poured on him and an earring she lost during the incident to officers. Wolski was taken into custody for domestic assault.

34-year-old Gregory Monkale Gafney failed to brake and caused a collision at the stoplight near Fort Campbell Boulevard and Purple Heart Parkway in the early hours of March 24th. Before the crash, officers observed him swerving over the right travel lane and the fog line as he approached the red light. They approached his silver Jeep and noticed he showed multiple signs of inebriation and reeked of alcohol. Upon request, he consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and then agreed to provide a blood sample after being informed of implied consent. Gafney was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

37-year-old Christopher Bryant Vermillion had a domestic altercation with his wife, Teresa Lawrenczk, at their East Knollwood Circle apartment in the early hours of March 24th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Lawrenczk, who advised them that she and Vermillion had an ongoing dispute. Then, she alleged that during their argument on the back patio, Vermillion put his hands around her throat, squeezed, and told her that he “could throw her off if he wanted to.” When officers spoke with him, Vermillion denied the claims but confirmed they had consistently argued throughout the day. Vermillion was taken into custody for domestic aggravated assault.

Dajour Wreh caught with handgun,14 grams of marijuana after driving on suspended license

27-year-old Dajour Marrec Wreh was taken into custody for unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, schedule VI drug violations, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony on March 24th.  At 11:45 p.m. on March 23rd, officers conducted a traffic stop on a gray Ford Explorer on Providence Boulevard. Officers observed the registered owner, Wreh, had a suspended license for failing to maintain proof of financial responsibility in December 2022. When officers approached the Explorer, they noticed Wreh reeked of marijuana, giving them probable cause to search the SUV. During the search, officers located a little over a half ounce of marijuana, 14.175 grams, a digital scale, an empty box of baggies, corner bags, US currency, and a Taurus handgun. Wreh’s money was seized in accordance with the Tennessee Drug Control Act. Wreh was detained and taken into custody on March 24th.

DUI: Deon Mister found passed out drunk in his car at Top Dogg Liquors

28-year-old Deon Christopher Mister, an LG employee, was found passed out in the driver’s seat of his car with the engine running at Top Dogg Liquors on Wilma Rudolph late March 23rd. Officers observed this and approached the car, noticing Mister showed signs of impairment. Once Mister exited the vehicle, reeking of alcohol, officers deemed him unable to operate the vehicle. During a subsequent search, officers found a firearm and two small bottles of Jack Daniel’s Whiskey in his pockets. Then, officers discovered Mister had a prior DUI conviction in December 2023.  Mister agreed to provide a breath sample, resulting in 0.156 BAC%. Mister was taken into custody for an open container violation, driving under the influence, and possession of a weapon while under the influence on March 24th.

David Romero attempts to assault mother during argument, tells police he began “Losing it”

25-year-old David Allan Romero had a domestic altercation with his mom, Norma Morales, at their Cambridge Square apartment on Memorial Drive late March 23rd. When officers arrived, they spoke with Morales, who stated she had a verbal dispute with Romero over their dog. She said during the argument, he started yelling profanities while advancing toward her, placing her in fear, so she grabbed a chair to defend herself. She said she then gave him space, left the living room, went to the bedroom, and told her daughter to call the police.  When officers spoke with Romero, he corroborated her statements, adding that he began “losing it” and does not remember what he yelled at her before she picked up the chair. Romero was taken into custody for domestic assault.
