30-year-old Shawn Nicholas Peveler was being disorderly at the F&M Bank Arena in downtown Clarksville around 9:35 p.m. on April 11th. Staff members at the establishment alerted the authorities, advising them that multiple patrons complained about Peveler’s behavior. When the officers arrived, they located him inside the restroom. During their interaction, he showed numerous signs of impairment and could not stand up independently. He was given several chances to get a ride home but could not. Peveler was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Shawn Nicholas Peveler of West Broad Street in Central City, KY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 11th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
