DUI: Soldier Randy Barahona blows .338% BAC after drinking two beers at Tippers Neighborhood Pub

28-year-old Randy Arnulfo Barahona of the US Army pulled his white Lexus over to the shoulder lane behind a patrol car attending to an unrelated traffic stop near Needmore Road and Tiny Town Road in the early hours of March 25th. Officers approached the Lexus and noticed he was visibly intoxicated, reeking of alcohol. Barahona admitted to having “two beers” at Tippers Neighborhood Pub. Barahona then consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Barahona agreed to provide a breath sample, which resulted in a .338% BAC. Since he blew over .250% BAC, they transported him to Tennova for medical clearance. Then, Barahona was taken into custody for driving under the influence on March 25th.

DUI: Soldier Braden Hill booked after driving drunk friend’s truck at Tippers Neighborhood Pub

31-year-old Soldier Braden Hill was seen in a black pick-up truck exiting the Tippers parking lot on March 17th. Adam Wilder, a friend of Hill’s, was stopped at the Speedway gas station on Tiny Town Road under the suspicion of drunk driving. Wilder had Hill come get his car at the Speedway gas station due to being arrested for drunk driving. When officers made contact with Hill, they smelled the strong odor of alcohol and noticed signs of intoxication. Hill admitted to drinking beer at the bar he was at with his friend, Adam Wilder. An officer advised that Hill was too drunk to operate a vehicle, and that he should have his wife, who was also there, drive him home. As officers were leaving with Wilder, they saw both his and Hill’s trucks moving. Officers came back and initiated another traffic stop. This time, Hill admitted that he consumed five pints of beer and agreed to perform sobriety tests. Hill performed poorly and was taken into custody, where he was charged with driving under the influence on March 18th.

John-Caleb Woodberry deemed too drunk for Tippers Neighborhood Pub

29-year-old John-Caleb Chris Woodberry was taken into custody for public intoxication on February 8th. Officers responded to Tippers Neighborhood Pub and observed Woodberry outside with the staff. Woodberry refused medical treatment and became belligerent with the Tippers’ employees who were trying to assist him. Woodberry then threatened to hit one of the employees as well. Due to his level of intoxication, Woodberry was deemed unable to care for himself and was taken into custody on February 10th.
